“Fuck. Keep that up and we're not going anywhere off this table
.

“Later.” Liv
grabbed
onto my shoulders and pull
ed
herself up. The girl kissed me like I was the most delicious thing in the world, her tongue sinuous, her moans small and hungry.

Just like that I was moving against her again, my body starved to feel every bit of her once more. “Fine.” I pulled back and looked at her while I slowly thrust in and out. “But later, you're definitely letting me take you out somewhere.”

“Whatever you want, baby. Whatever you fucking want.”

Fuck, yes.

I fully planned to take advantage of that.

Epilogue

I
spotted Dorian sitting at one of the tables near the back. Waving away the hostess, I walked right into the restaurant and made my way over to him. “Hey.”

The man seemed so deep in thought that he didn’t even see me approach. But when he heard me, his head jerked up, blue eyes wide and unfocused.

Confused, I slid into the seat in front of him. The waiter came over immediately asking me what I wanted to drink. I asked for a coffee then turned to stare at Dorian right after the waiter walked away. “What’s going on? You ask me to meet you and when I do, I find you like this.”

“That obvious, huh?” Dorian ran a hand through his blond hair.

“Yeah, that obvious.” I studied him. “And whatever it is, I’m curious as to why you would call me instead of Luke.”

Dorian gave me a look that made me smirk. “He’s mentally fucked right now.  It wouldn’t do any good to even try and talk to him about this. Besides, you know your brother.”

“Okay. If it’s so big that you can’t trust him with it, you need to tell me. Now. I don’t deal well with curiosity.” The waiter returned just then with my coffee.

Dorian waited until the waiter walked away again before leaning forward in his seat and pinning with a stare. “Just between you and me.”

“Of course,” I replied with a nod.

He sighed, seeming to brace himself. “I need advice on how to deal with a situation.”

That much I’d already gathered but I remained silent, waiting for him to continue.

“Remember my intern? Demitra?”

I nodded. “Stephen’s daughter, of course.”

Dorian grabbed his glass of water and nearly drained it in one gulp. I raised my eyebrows, more confused than ever. “Okay. Well, here’s the thing. We

we’re

We’re seeing each other.”

“What the fuck?” I put my coffee back down, deciding against ingesting anything right then. I stared at Dorian, wide eyed and trying to make sense of how
he
of all people had gotten tangled up with a nineteen year old.

A nineteen year old that was the daughter of his dead father’s best friend.

“I know,” Dorian said, brows lowering. “I tried to fight it, I did. But it was inevitable. And two weeks ago—”

I leaned forward, staring right at him. “Does Stephen know?”

“No. Demitra wants to keep it secret for another few weeks until she turns twenty and starts her next semester of college. She won’t be working for me anymore by then. I hate lying to him and keeping it from him but I don’t know how else to go about it. He’s going to fucking kill me when he finds out. It’s what I would do.”

I inhaled, running a hand down my face. “She might be right. At least then you can
pretend
that this started then.”

Dorian looked at me, his eyes studying me. “Wait a second. Why aren’t
you
judging me for being with a nineteen year old?”

“Because.” And I inhaled again, bracing myself for my own confession. “I just started seeing a twenty-one year old.”

The little bit of his water that was left got knocked over. “Fuck!” Dorian moved back in his seat, grabbing his napkin and rushing to dry his pants.

I watched silently, waiting for him to give me his attention again. When he did, I raised an eyebrow, daring him to judge.

“I’m confused. Wait.
You
. You are in a relationship with a girl twelve years younger…and you just became single a little over a month ago?”

“Shall we return to the issue of you and Stephen’s daughter?”

That shut him up. With a mock glare, he ran his hand through his hair again and I picked up on that fact that it was a nervous habit. One I had never seen before. “Fine. You can tell me all about this girl you’re seeing later.”

“First off,” I said. “We both need to agree that we’re going to hold off on telling my brother about this. He’s not good at handling personal information very well…”

“He’ll find out eventually. Not that he’s anyone to judge,” Dorian said with a shrug.

“What exactly does that mean?”

Dorian stared at me with a stunned look. “Are you telling me you don’t know?”

“Don’t know what?”

“Your brother’s been cursing you to high hell and back for the last few weeks. He’s been losing his mind—”

“And what exactly did I do?” I asked. But I knew. A part of me was starting to piece together the pieces.

“You hired a young intern. One that’s been driving him insane.”

“Angelina?” I snapped, comprehension settling in fully.

“Angelina?”

“Janelle’s daughter, Dorian.”

“Oh, holy fuck.”

Oh, holy fuck was right. I stared at Dorian, trying to deny to myself what I knew was true. I’d seen the look on Luke’s face and seen his reaction to her.

Dorian groaned, rubbing his forehead. “Seriously. She’s twenty-one, too. What the fuck is wrong with all of us?”

Good fucking question. One I didn’t have an answer to. “He can’t just use her as he usually does women. I won’t allow it.”

“He knows that. He won’t get away with that one. The thing is, I don’t think that’s what he wants and I think that’s what’s driving him insane. Your brother’s emotional immaturity when it comes to women is well

known.”

I tugged on my own hair, feeling a disaster approaching. A social disaster that might not be an easy one to clean up. “I think we need to stage an intervention.”

“Agreed. But how do we do it without letting him on to the fact that we have our own little secrets to hide?”

Another good question.

“We’ll just have to figure something out,” was the only answer I could come up with.  “For now, explain to me all this all came about. From the beginning. How the hell did you end up with Stephen’s daughter as your lover?”

Here’s a teaser of

“Destructively Alluring”

N. Isabelle Blanco’s first book

featuring Demitra and Dorian.

Dorian Sorenson agreed to take on his longtime family friend’s daughter, Demitra, as an intern. Hell, Stephen Davis had been his father’s friend for years up to his father’s death and he had continued to be close to Dorian. Why not do him the favor? Except, from the moment he sees the girl, now nineteen and definitely ‘growing up’ he’s faced with a huge problem. Huge. The girl might be eleven years his junior but just looking at her shy sexiness has him trapped in an agonizing need that won’t even let him seek relief elsewhere. His body wants her and no one else. And it’s going to have her, whether Dorian likes it or not.

After a torrid but brief kiss in his office, three months into Demitra’s internship, Dorian is left fighting feelings of extreme guilt. It’s very clear that they’re attracted to each other and that Demitra needs him as badly as he needs her but she’s still a young girl working for him. And a young girl who happens to be his friend’s daughter. Dorian is determined to fight this need for her, whatever the cost. What he doesn’t count on is one night, one benefit, and Demitra looking unbelievably tempting on the arm of another man. The bets are off when possessiveness strikes hard within Dorian and only a higher power can help them both now because he plans to claim her. Thoroughly.

T
he knock on my door interrupted me. Even worse, it made several emotions flare inside of me. In the last three months, I’d come to memorize that sound.

“Come in.” I ran a hand through my curly blond hair and swallowed past the lump in my throat.

Which was nothing compared to the lump that was growing in my slacks.

Again.

Pathetic, Dorian. Utterly pathetic.

The door to my office slowly opened. I told myself to ignore the presence that filled it. I told myself that the intriguing -albeit brilliant- nineteen year old girl who just happened to be my intern did nothing to me.

Nothing.

Liar.

It was true. I was the biggest failure at lying to myself when it came to that girl. My interned was a shy, long-haired brunette who was always shaky in front of me, always staring at the ground.

Like now.

Weren’t you determined
not
to look?
Of course I was. And,
of course,
I failed.

Demitra spoke softly, delicately walking across my plush white carpet in those shameful heels. “I’ve brought your coffee, Mr. Sorenson.”

Because she was very shy and her clothing never showed too much skin. But she was always wearing heels made by the devil himself and her skirts and blouses were always too damned tight.

Don’t look. For God’s sake, you’re eleven years older.

Am I listening? Another of course...not.

Fuck.

Demitra Davis started working as my intern three months before and the only reason that
I took her on was one of the main reasons I needed to stay away from her. She was off limits.

Actually, she
defined
the meaning of ‘off limits’ in my world.

The girl was the daughter of one of my business partners. In fact, Stephen Davis’ office was two floors below mine. He’d been a good friend of my father’s and when I came into my inheritance
four years ago, he’d been there with me every step of the way.

Stephen had helped me navigate the tricky road from Vice President to full on President of a company that was filled with hungry vipers. Full of board members that were itching for the very spot I was taking simply because of my birthright, my father’s will, and the fact that he’d owned the largest share in the company.

Stephen had been a good friend of my family’s…a good friend to
me.
That’s why, when he approached me and told me his daughter had started college and that he wanted her to start an internship early, away from working directly under him, I’d agreed.

I’d fucking agreed.

Fool.

For the first time in my life, I had proven myself the fool. Then again, how the hell was I to know that the small girl I remembered meeting years ago had grown to be temptation incarnate wrapped up in a deliciously innocent facade?

That long, dark hair and those baby blue eyes messed with my brain late into the night. That adorably seductive face of hers and the body attached to it
had grabbed hold of my cock and would
not
let go.

You’re sick. Drastically sick, Dorian.

Didn’t I know it.

Demitra came to a stop before my desk. As always, the tray she placed next to me was shaking. I couldn’t, for the life of me, understand why she was so nervous around me. I had done everything in my power to make her at ease, going out of my way to be nice and polite to her.

She can probably sense that hard-on three miles away, you perv.

I placed my pen down and moved away from my desk. The movement startled Demitra, who gasped and almost stumbled away from where she had placed the tray.

“Whoa.” I shot out of my seat and caught her, my hands around her upper arms before she could fall down.
