“Fuck, that’s not fair, Finn,” she hisses, straining to lift up off the bed.

“You like what you see, Meg?”

“Yes, fuck yes.”

“You have a dirty mouth,” I say, before crawling up the bed so I’m hovering over her. “Kiss me, Meg,” I order softly, and she lifts her head just enough to meet my lips. I trail my tongue all around her mouth, before running the tip along her gums above her front teeth. This makes her groan and arch her back off the bed, tugging at the tie that binds her hands. I tug her jeans further down until they rest at her knees before kissing the inside of her thighs. I run my tongue along her soft skin in between kisses, alternating between each leg and purposefully avoiding where I know she wants me to go. I glance up and she has her head thrown back in the pillow and her mouth hangs open loosely, letting out little moans and cries every now and then. Before she can open her eyes, I close my mouth over the crotch of her knickers and blow gently.

“Finn!” she cries out, pushing upwards into my mouth. “Fuck, I’m gonna explode,” she pants. “I don’t know how long I can hold off for, Finn.”

I hook my index fingers in either side of her underpants and pull them down, achingly slow, her breaths come in uneven pants and as much as I want to devour her, I’m loving the chance to explore her body. I tug the last of her clothes off and toss them aside on the floor.

“Holy shit.” She’s almost bare, almost, and as I run my eyes down her little strip of hair something catches my eye. I get closer. “You’re pierced, there?”

She opens her eyes slowly, and seductively grins up at me. “I told you, I’m badass.”

“Yes, yes, you fucking did.” I don’t waste any more time. I straddle her in one swift move, taking her mouth with mine and owning it. I undo the robe tie without breaking our kiss. She wins. I want her loose and wild.

I slip one of my hands down between our bodies, sliding back and forth along her piercing.

“Oh, god. Finn, that’s it, right there,” she moans deeply and circles her hips around my finger. Watching her eyes glaze over makes my heart hammer wildly against my chest and I can’t wait any longer.

I take her hands, threading our fingers to lock them together and place them on either side of her head. I nudge her knees apart with mine and push my hips forward until I’m just about to enter her.

“Gonna make you feel good, Meg,” I say, inching closer. It’s taking all my restraint not to bury myself in her in one swift move, but the look on her face as her long dark lashes flutter and the deliciously tormented groan coming from her bruised lips, makes it worth the wait. She tries to push up in to me, but I pull back, and refuse to push forward again until her hips flatten against the mattress. “We can do this all day, Meg.” I feel her tremble with the desire to push up, but she stays still until I push so far in to her that our hip bones touch.

“Oh my god.” She shudders. I start to move inside her slowly at first, then faster as waves of ecstasy throb through my body. She moves with me, and the pace picks up. The familiar tingle starts at the base of my spine and I try to slow it down, but Meg isn’t having any of it.

“No, don’t stop. Don’t hold out,” she orders breathlessly. I kiss her hard, pushing her hands in to the mattress and picking up the pace until my body starts to vibrate from my head to my toes.

“I can’t hold out for long like this, Meg.”

“Me either.” Her cheeks flare with heat as she cries out and abandons herself to the sensations firing off between us. Her jaw clenches and her eyes close tight before I feel her muscles grip me hard and she moans deep in her throat, gasping loudly as her orgasm takes her.

“Just the beginning, Meg, this is just the very beginning,” I grit out, thrusting harder to draw out her orgasm as my release coils all my muscles tight, before letting them fire off in all directions. The sensations take over my body and make my head spin. We are both breathing wildly, covered in a sheen of sweat, and the sweet smell of perfume and sex dominates the air around us. As the tremors subside I rest my head in the crook of her shoulder and catch my breath.

“Oh my god,” she pants. “I … I, oh, I don’t even know what I want to say.”

I chuckle at her, “That was fucking amazing.”

I kiss her gently on the corner of her lips and she turns her head to look at me, only she doesn’t just look at me, she looks in to me, touching somewhere deep I never knew existed. “Yes, yes, it was amazing,” she whispers.

I wake up with a jolt, and I have to do a double check as to where I am. I crack open my eyes and glance around the room. Finn’s room. I smile inwardly and snuggle back in to Finn’s shoulder as his arms wrap tighter around me. I don’t remember drifting off to sleep but I definitely remember what came before it. Out of this world, mind blowing, life changing sex. Or was it more than that? It felt like more. It felt like we made love, like we were starting our journey to being in love, even though we’re not quite there yet. But we also have a baby, a little peanut as Finn calls it, a part of both of us which deepens our connection and makes that feeling of togetherness so much more intense. In two short months so much has changed. It’s hard to believe that when I locked eyes with Finn that night in the club for the very first time, that we would be here, like this.

“What time is it?” he groans, his voice husky with sleep.

“I don’t know. I don’t have my phone.” I prop myself up on my elbow and trace circles on his chest with my index finger. “That looks good,” I comment, circling lightly around his newly pierced nipple.

“It does. I love it.”

“You’re going to get addicted, just you wait and see.”

“What? Like you? You’re a dark horse, Megan.” He smirks, running his finger past my temple to twirl a piece of my hair around his finger. “Your little clit piercing … did it hurt?”

“Yeah, like a bitch,” I reply with absolute honesty.

“It’s sexy as fuck.” Finn grabs my hand off his chest and rolls us over so he’s hovering above me. “I can’t wait to get it between my teeth.” He grinds his erection in to my thigh and kisses me hungrily. Then a car horn sounds, making us jump as it’s right outside. Whoever it is then proceeds to hold their hand on the horn continually, and Finn huffs and mutters expletives under his breath before hopping out of bed to see what’s going on. I get up too with the sheet wrapped around me. Finn unlocks and pushes open the window. “What the fuck is going on? You twat,” he yells out of the window with a laugh.

“Cover yourself up and open the door, you’re a disgrace,” a voice calls up, echoing through the street. I come up behind Finn and poke my head around his shoulder to see who it is. “Well, hello, beautiful,” the guy calls up from the bottom of the steps when he sees me.

“Oh, I recognise him, that’s …”

“That, sweetheart, is Kyle. The guy who’s cock you nearly pierced.” He puts his arm around my shoulder, resting his hand at the base of my neck. “Are you going to park that monstrosity and come in or are you going to stay there and block the street?” he shouts down. Kyle salutes him before jogging back to the car.

“Your neighbours must love you,” I remark at the amount of horn blowing and yelling going on here.

Screeching tyres and the roar of a loud exhaust prevents Finn from answering and draws all of our attention in the direction of the invasive sound. There’s a blue car hurtling down the road at top speed. A blue Skyline.

“Shit, that’s.−” Finns eyes widen and his look turns thunderous. “KYLE!” he yells at the top of his voice, making me jump. Kyle hasn’t made it in to his car but he’s right next to it when the Skyline hits the brakes, the wheels lock and it slides sideways catching the back end of Kyle’s car and sending it sliding in to a parked car on the side of the street. The smash makes me jump even though I’m watching it unfold, and the sound of scraping metal makes my teeth stand on edge. I feel the wave of panic that immediately comes from Finn.

“Shit …KYLE!” he yells desperately. “That’s him, isn’t it, Meg? That’s fucking Damien Brooks.”

“Yes, that’s his car, I didn’t see who was driving. Is Kyle okay? It all happened so fast, I−” Finn grabs a pair of jeans, jumping in to them as he runs out of the bedroom door. “Stay here, Meg, yes?” I nod, letting him run down the stairs, but I throw on my clothes as fast as I can with absolutely no intention of staying up here if he’s going to be down there with Damien. My heart beats wildly and adrenaline makes my legs shake but I run down the stairs after him and in to the street. I scan the road quickly, taking in the carnage that has occurred in just a few short seconds. Then I see them. Damien kneels behind Kyle with his forearm clamped tightly around his neck. Kyle has blood running down his face, and he’s clearly dazed as he claws weakly at Damien’s arm.

“Leave him alone,” Finns calls out, which only make Damien squeeze harder at Kyle’s neck. Finn walks toward them with his hands up. “We can talk about this, Damien,” he says as calmly as possible, although I know he’s anything but calm.

“No. We can’t,” Damien snaps back, his eyes widening. “Don’t take another step.” His voice is desperate and hollow. He yanks Kyle’s head back by his throat making him groan in pain. “I will break his fucking neck if you come any closer. Don’t think I won’t do it.” His eyes are wide and wild. I know that look. He’s high and there’s no reasoning with him when he’s like this.

“Okay, okay.” Finn drops his hands to his sides and stands still. I don’t know if I should stay here out of Damien’s sight or if I should intervene. Would it just make him angrier to see me here? “Just leave him out of it. You want me? I’m here,” Finn offers and I’m amazed at the self-restraint he has. He’s wanted his chance with Damien since that night, but his concern for Kyle outweighs his immediate need for revenge.

Damien lets out a hardened laugh. “I don’t want
you
. But I do want to take everything you’ve got, and everything you ever wanted, just like you did to me.” He jerks his arm back and something catches the light. In a flash, he’s holding a knife to Kyle’s throat. “She was mine, and you took her, she was MINE.” His voice echoes around the street, pulling the tension in so close that I can hardly breathe.

“STOP!” I yell, stepping out in to the street so he can see me.

Finn’s head whips back at me in a panic. “I told you to stay inside.”

I shoot him a look, but don’t answer him, speaking to Damien instead, “Just stop all of this. Let him go, Damien.” My voice sounds more collected than I feel.

“For what? For you?” he spits bitterly. “For the love of my life, the girl I did everything for, only to have her fuck around behind my back?” Sweat pours down his forehead, and the red rims around his eyes grow darker as he tightens his grip on Kyle’s neck, pressing the blade in to his skin. “I knew I’d lost her to you.” He talks quietly to Finn, nodding to himself. “The first night I saw you watching each other, I knew. She was different after that. Distant. You did something to her that I couldn’t do.” He sucks in sharp breaths through his teeth and I know he won’t sit like this for much longer.

“I’ll come back to you, Damien. Just let him go. He doesn’t have anything to do with this. We can go back to how it was. Me and you against the world, yeah?” I try to hide the tremor in my voice. I could never go back to him, would never go back to him, but I’m desperate enough to say anything to get this to stop. I walk slowly past Finn without looking at him and hold out my hand to Damien. “Come on, let’s talk about this, yeah?” I watch as his grip on Kyle becomes looser as I talk to him. Kyle takes the opportunity to throw his head backwards, crashing in to Damien’s nose. I hear it crunch and Damien roars with pain, giving Kyle enough space to lurch forward out of his grip. Finn takes off at a flat out run toward them, pulling Damien out of the way by his hair and raining blows down on him, fist after fist. Damien tries to fight back, but his coordination is compromised by whatever drugs he’s taken and the unexpected viciousness of the attack. Finn unleashes everything through his fists. He drives devastating blows in to Damien one after another, months of pain and frustration bursting from him in just a few short minutes. I have no doubt that if left to it, Finn would kill him.
