“Honestly? In the way I earn my living, I have no other choice but to stay disciplined and patient. As far as you’re concerned, Love, I’m too grateful for you to sweat the small stuff. You’re mine, too, and I know this. I
feel
it. So long as you feel it, too, we’re unstoppable.”

Evan took her foot from his lap and removed his tuxedo jacket. Then he gave Drake a questioning look, and Drake responded with a tight nod.

“What are you doing?” she asked when Evan rapped on the divider glass and placed his jacket on the limo floor.

“I’m going to help you relieve some stress before you face Dr. Dickhead.”

“Paps are behind us!”

Drake reassured her, “That’s why we’re playing on the floor.”

Evan sprawled out, his feet flat on the floor and his knees spread.

Drake warned, “The window glass is special, but keep your perfect ass down just in case.”

Vania eyed Evan speculatively. “You look like you’ve done this before.”

“Seriously? Do you really want to discuss that right now?” He waved his hands over his body. “I offer myself as your personal playground.” He unzipped his pants, pulling out his cock and fisting the base. The piercing glinted under the passing streetlights.

Her stomach clenched in anticipation; Vania remembered how that damned thing felt against her G-spot.

Drake’s voice dropped an octave, “Most women would at least be applauding Evan by now. Sad but true.”

“You think distracting me will fix everything?” She didn’t wait for either to answer. She lifted her dress, took off her panties, and shot them right at Evan’s face.

Evan caught them midair, wafting them beneath his nose like a fine cabernet. He tossed them up to Drake so he could do the same.

“No stockings tonight,” Evan said as his fingers glided up her thighs. “I like it for a change, smooth and silky like your pussy.”

She lowered, straddling Evan’s narrow hips. “You miss them at all?” Without waiting for his reply, she buried her fingers in Evan’s hair and kissed him hard. He stroked her naked cleft with the back of his knuckles as Drake cupped her ass, squeezing and releasing in coital rhythm.

“Stockings are meant for tearing off and tying up my gorgeous blonde victim,” Evan said when the kiss faded.

His hands roamed up Vania’s body to toy with her nipples and yank her down tighter against his body. “But your legs are glorious when uncovered.”

From behind, Drake separated her folds and teased Vania with his tongue while his fingertips lightly pinched her lower lips.

“So good,” she groaned as Drake’s tongue traced the opening of her sex.

“Tastes so good,” Drake murmured against her drenched heat. He reached around to Vania’s mouth and painted her lips with her arousal. “Lick it.”

“No.” She stared in Evan’s eyes, her breaths escaping in ragged bursts. So close, so damn close to coming from only their mouths and fingers — the heat of their bodies fueling hers.

“Come here.” Evan raised his hands from her breasts and tugged her head to his, claiming her lips and sucking off her juices with a needy groan.

Drake pulled back slightly and Evan lifted her higher, aligning her with his cock. Drake held her by the waist as she started sinking onto Evan, taking him slowly inside her sex.

“Perfect angle to watch her pretty, pink lips strain around my cock.”

She heard Drake’s zipper come down, felt his cock an instant later, pressing against the seam of her ass.

“UmHmm.” She moved down an inch, and then traveled back up a couple. “You’re right.

This is the ultimate stress reliever.” He stretched her wider than Matt, so did Drake.

Evan’s fingertips gripped her ass. “Come down a little more, Baby.”

“I like it at the top for now.” She jiggled her ass, working his piercing behind her clit, right inside the inner wall. When he growled in frustration, she closed her eyes and groaned, “I thought this was for me.”

“It is.” Drake’s hand pressed between her shoulder blades so her body was flush with Evan. Since he wasn’t in all the way, Evan’s cock left her opening. “Evan can be selfish.”

“Hey,” Evan protested as Drake lifted her slightly so Evan’s cock could align instead with her clit.

“My turn.” Drake nipped at her ear as his cock slid in on a tight, smooth glide. But instead of letting her play the way she had with Evan, Drake buried himself to the top and shivered as he stayed.

Vania squirmed, trying to get Drake to move. Instead, she got a thrill from Evan’s piercing stroking across her clit. That combined with the fullness of Drake’s erection shook her core. “Oh!”

“Mmm.” Drake sucked at the side of her throat, finding all the sensitive spots he must’ve put to memory. He started moving in and out in by the barest of inches as Evan loved her breasts.

“I love the way these bounce when we fuck you.” Evan licked his lips while Drake picked up speed. “Your rack is amazing.”

A hovering orgasm threatened to tear through her. “I need to come, please. I need it.”

“Yes, you do.” Drake’s mouth traced the shell of her ear, his fingers stroking her ass and legs.

“She’s so slick on me, Drake, gliding across my dick as you rock her back and forth.”

“Ah!” Vania’s head came back on Drake’s shoulder. “I’m —"

“Coming,” Drake said, “she’s coming all around me.”

Vania didn’t know what happened, her mind going one way and her body the other. But in the next moment, Evan was buried deep inside her, his piercing rolling distinctly over her G-spot and prolonging her orgasm through bone-shattering seconds.

The very tip of Drake’s cock was now inside her ass. He took Vania’s mouth in a sideways kiss, his tongue delving deeply while he shook and groaned. Hot streams of cum filled her in front and behind as her fingers clenched in Evan’s hair.

Vania closed her eyes and welcomed the boneless relaxation, while fighting the words that wanted to spill from her heart.

A loud knock on the window broke the spell.

“We’re pulling in the hospital. I’ll clean her up while you put yourself together,” Drake said to Evan.

“You’re not going in?” Vania asked on a smothered yawn.

“It would be hard to explain why I’m here with you two, to visit your ex. I’ll wait in the car.” He was cleaning her up with something soft before hooking her ankles in her panties. “Supporting you from the near distance.”

It took only twenty minutes
for Evan to lose the last threads of his temper, but somehow he managed to keep his voice level. Probably because Vania gripped his forearm and gave him pleading eyes. “I sit on the hospital board. My family also sits on the hospital board,” Evan warned the floor supervisor, who, in a wealth of stupidity, thought to deny them access to Matt Lambert’s room. “You’re making a mistake.”

The supervisor looked over her glasses at Vania with unveiled disgust in her eyes. “Dr. Lambert would not want to see her”— her eyes snapped to Evan — “or her lover while he’s recuperating. Leave my floor.”

Evan hadn’t considered that Matt’s coworkers would bar them from his room. The paps already snapped them going in together, which would help Vania in the long run. But what she needed was the name of her stalker, so coaxing it from Matt was paramount.

“I will stay in this waiting room.” He pointed to where three bodyguards were forced to wait. “With my staff while Miss Lange visits Dr. Lambert alone.” Four swinging doors provided entrances and exits to this section, easily guarded under the worst circumstances.

“Not happening, Mr. Easton, and I’m here all night so you might as well leave the hospital.”

A man in scrubs noticed them as he walked down the corridor. He strolled over, his exhausted eyes watching Vania closely. “Vania?”

She turned to the man, her dark blonde brows rising. “Dr. Murphy, I’m trying to visit Matt but…” Vania gestured to the floor supervisor.

The doctor nodded, and then said to the supervisor, “I have this, Gene.”

She pointed a pen at Dr. Murphy’s face. “This is my floor.”

He winked at her. “And you trust me to escort Miss Lange personally.”

She growled, “Fifteen minutes or I will come looking for you.”

“I don’t doubt it.” Once the supervisor stomped off, Dr. Murphy gestured to the corridor he just left. “Matt’s nine or ten doors down this way. But I have to ask why you would want to see him. He’s fine. Only being held for observation for a bump on his head.” He shrugged. “His broken bones aren’t that serious.”

“I’m glad to hear that,” she said. “And I’m sure Matt will try to throw me out the minute he sees me.” Vania stared up at Evan and gave him a knowing look. “But I need to try.”

Dr. Murphy shook his head. “What are you doing here, Vania? He’s done enough to you.”

Evan bit his tongue, allowing Vania to work it out with the doctor. However, he found it impossible not to intercede. “Vania is a grown woman.

She wants to see if Matt is okay for herself.”

Seemingly resigned, Dr. Murphy finally agreed. “I’ll bring Vania right back here when she finishes with Matt. Make sure you’re close by, because I’m due in radiology in twenty minutes.”

Evan kissed the top of Vania’s head. “I’ll be waiting right here.”

He watched on as the doctor led Vania down the corridor, counting the number of rooms until she turned. She found his eyes across the way and gave him a tired wave. He tipped his chin at her and signaled for security to flank the corridor doors.

This part of the night couldn’t end fast enough, he thought as he texted Drake an update. Evan couldn’t wait to get Vania alone, to celebrate her birthday the way he and Drake had planned.

Vania stepped inside the room
with Alan. “You’ve made a mistake, Alan. This is a janitor’s closet.”

His arm banded around her stomach as a hot pain lanced her neck. She opened her mouth to scream but the sound never made it past her lips.

Chapter 28

Vania blinked as darkness floated away. She pieced together what had happened, or at least tried. A stabbing pain in the side of her neck made it difficult to swallow.

She licked her lips and glanced around the room, only seeing white on top of white. Old ceiling tiles above her, some stained with mildew, held the brightest lights imaginable. It took Vania a second to recognize those chilling lights.

“Hospital,” she whispered, recalling she and Evan were visiting Matt. But they hadn’t made it to Matt’s room. “What happened?”

Familiar eyes came into view, a gloved hand pulling down his surgical mask. “You’re awake.”

“Alan?”

“Here we are again, Vania.”

She tried to touch the side of her throat, where the stabbing pain was lessening to a stinging annoyance but her hands were tied down. “What the?” Vania pulled at her restraints. “What’s going on?”

“Stop.”

Vania tried harder, discovering her ankles were also restrained. “Where’s Evan?”

“Looking for you, no doubt.” Alan whipped off his blue surgical cap, revealing his golden hair. “But he won’t find you down here.”

Her stomach rolled, but that didn’t stop her from screaming.

Alan’s eyes narrowed.

His gloved hand shot out and struck Vania. She choked back a gasp as pain seared the inside of her mouth. “No one can hear you or I would’ve gagged you. But do that again and see what happens.”

Blood started seeping down her throat. “I won’t.” She probed with her tongue and discovered a decent sized cut inside her cheek. If she didn’t sit up soon, she would swallow too much blood and then choke on vomit.

Alan’s narrowed gaze, maddening further by the second, remained on her. Then he blanked out, as though he were shutting down and floating among the clouds. A minute passed before he breathed deeply. His eyes refocused on something to Vania’s side. His hands, however, stayed busy.

Right next to her, she could hear the tinkering of glass against stainless steel. What was he planning? She couldn’t begin to imagine what was on that tray.

“I didn’t plan on having you here this soon, so I’ve been forced to make do” — he lifted his gloved hand, gesturing with a shiny instrument —"with the morgue.”

“You’re him.” Vania had no clue why she stated the obvious, but one part of her mind was rolling in slow motion, the other walking backwards from a waking nightmare.

“Yes.” Alan’s next words were spaced oddly, as if he were drugged and detached. “A large group of us switch and swing and play. Whatever they’re calling it this week,” he rambled. “Keeping our secrets, you know? Then we always go back to our lovers and wives.”

Alan took a moment to gather his thoughts, reaffirming what he wanted to say. “Can’t be faithless. Committing a lifetime to the same person is a hard thing to do, mind you. Impossible, really. But discipline reaps rewards in everything, even sex.”
