Calvin saved me from a controlled life, where I was living under the rules of a despicable human being. Maybe that wasn’t his intention to begin with, but he has saved me nevertheless.

Since meeting Calvin I feel rejuvenated, I feel alive and since marrying him, I feel this is going to be our fresh start. Our second chance in life, our second chance for love.

Everything that has happened in the past to taint our relationship has been wiped away. Those demons aren’t going to haunt us anymore.

We will never forget Ashton and I wish with everything I have every day that he was still alive, that goes without sayi
ng, but everything else is gone. There is no going back.

Forward is the only direction we are heading in now, till death do us part.

Epilogue*

We drive up the California coast in Calvin’s beloved blue convertible mustang with the wind blowing in my hair. The sun is hot and beaming down on us and I have actually caught a tan.
Yes, me.

Calvin’s skin has turned a beautiful sun kissed color and his golden unruly ha
ir is currently matching his tan. He is the definition of perfection as I admire my husband in his white polo shirt and ran ban sunglasses singing happily along to temper trap.

“You actually love this song.” I grin shaking my head in amazement.

“Are you listening to what they are singing though?” he points grinning, driving down the coast with the wind in hair. Yes, I do have to pinch myself now and again.

But I listen this time to the song he seems to adore. I lis
ten but Calvin sings it instead, quoting the lyrics.

'A moment of love, a dream, a laugh, a kiss, a cry, our rights, our wrongs, it won’t stop until it’s over. It won’t stop until you surrender.'

“It’s about building memories, Olivia, it’s about going through all emotions together, until the end. Until you surrender.” He grins.

I smile dotingly towards my husband at the way he can always
make my heart ache.

“Then we will build memories forever, and I will never surrender because there is no end.”

He smiles that billion dollar smile over at me, and take’s my hand up to his lips and agrees.

“No end.”
