”

             
Reaching up to her face, he brushed the strand of hair that had fallen over her eye
before tracing
her lips with one finger, just as she had done to him.

             
Alex’s heart thumped with the realization that he must have been awake
the whole time
she was touching him
,
and she panicked
.

             
His voice
,
soft and caressing
,
reached through her stillness.  “Trust me
,
Alex.”

             
His hand continued down to her chest
and between her
breasts
.   She felt her nipples harden at the touch,
moaning
in her head
,
knowing what was coming next.  Slowly his finger circled her areola though the tee shirt.  Alex hated herself for having done the same to him. Glancing at his
face,
she was amazed at the intense concentration she saw there.  Moving his finger lower, he approached her navel.
Alex grabbed for his hand and stopped him before he could move it lower.   Staring deeply into her eyes he whispered softly.
 
“
What’s

eeded to brush her hand aside. He muttered as if ex
asperated, “y
ou have broken my concentration.  Now I am going to have to start all over.”

             
Her eyes widened as she
continued to search
his face.  Immediately realizing he was serious, her heart began to beat faster. 
She was caught between wanting to run and wanting him to touch every
inch
of her body.
Seth reached up to her face and started to trace her lips again.  This time he went slower.
He watched as his
thumb
slow
ly
follow
ed
the line of
her bottom lip.  Her mouth opened slightly
,
and he could not resist
sliding his thumb in to the warm wetness.  Seth moaned as he watched her close her mouth to gently suck.  Immediately he felt t
he blood rush and desire course

Bringing his head down to
hers,
he gently kissed her. 
She did not fight him. 
Pressing harder
,
his tongue easing into her, tasting as his hand moved lower

is fingers caressed one breast and then the other

kneading softly.  Alex
skin
felt like it
was on
fire

and this
time her moan was not silent.  Hearing her
pleasure caused
Seth’s own arousal
to
harden
against her thigh.
His finger traced one
then the other
nipple
before working his
way lower
as she had done to him
.  The air
in the bedroom
became
charged
with electricity as his hand finally reached the top of her
pajamas
.  Alex took a deep breath and held it, knowing that this was where she had stopped but not wanting him to do the same.

             
His hand remained motionless
and she felt his eyes
on her
face. 
The silence in the house was deafening. 
He watched as the color in her face deepened as she looked into
his
eyes
.
Reaching
up
she
wrapped her hand around his neck

pull
ing
his mouth
back to
hers
while taking her other hand
and
plac
ed
it on top of his, u
rging him to move further down
between her legs.

             
Seth’s heart leaped in this chest, knowing that this was a big step for her

and he admired her courage.
  He let her draw him in
as
her mouth covered his softly. 
He
wanted to drown in
her
.  Gently he opened her lips with his tongue and felt her own tongue ready to spar
.

             
Spreading her legs wider, her thigh grazed against his erection

and he moaned into her mouth.   Alex liked hearing that sound.  Seth’s fingers touched her through her clothing.  He could feel
her

and wanted to touch her more.
Easing his hand inside of her pajamas

he gently
slipped
one finger inside of her and in
unison,
they both moaned.  She felt pure pleasure rock her
.
Seth was
unprepared for
how wet she was already.
Knowing her arousal was on the point of no return

he gently removed his
hand
as he continued to kiss her
lips softly.  She whimpered in protest when she felt him draw away

“Seth?” 
She did not recognize her own voice thick with passion.

             
The unanswered question hung between them.
  He lowered his forehead to rest on
hers
, swallowed har
d while closing his eyes.
  He could not believe he was getting ready to say it.

             
“We can’t
. 
Not now, you and I are not ready.”

             
“Please
,
” she begged
.

             
He grabbed her head between his hands and kissed her hard.  “
You are killing me right now. 
Look,
I don’t have any condoms with me, and I am going to assume that you don’t either?”

             
Alex covered her face
when she realized he spoke the truth but only want
ed
the release from the pressure she felt between her legs. 
H
e knew what she needed
,
and he wanted to give it to her
.  Seth stared down at her.

             
“Alex, look at me.”  He waited until their eyes met.  “Do you trust me
,
Alex?”
  Without any
hesitation,
she responded.

             
“Yes
.
”

             
Seth started to kiss her again, this time with a purpose.   Alex kissed him back with fervor
.
 
When he pulled his mouth away
,
she felt lost
before realizing
that his mouth was going lower.  Grabbing one of her nipples in his mouth, he suckled on her through her tee shirt.   Sliding his hands underneath her, he pushed the shirt up
,
but b
efore he could slip it over her head, she moved in panic
,
clutching the shirt to her
.

             
“Seth, NO!  Leave it on.” 

             
“I want to see you
,
Alex.  I want to see you completely
.
”

             
Refusing to let go
as he continued
tugging
,
her eyes welled with tears.  “Please
,
Seth?”  Frowning he realized that she indeed looked frightened.

             
“
Shh
, it’s ok rabbit
.
”
  
Leaning
over he started kissing her again until her body relaxed.  He felt a twinge of anger
as he continued to love her. 
Her terror cut through his heart
,
and he wanted to take away all of her pain. 
His hands roamed her body
,
and within moments, she was on fire again.  He cautiously moved
from her mouth
,
to her breast and back again
,
careful to check for any sign of fear. 
Once
again,
his hand moved lower until he reached her very core.
Within moments, she knew that she was going to have an organism
,
her hips moving in time to his fingers.  Seth knew when she was ready and kissed her hard. 
             

             
He loved feeling her
puls
ating
against his hand
.  Hearing her moan in his mouth
caused
a
sheen of sweat
to break
out over his own skin
,
and he had to steel himself not to lose
it
.   He eased away from her while her body still quivered. Seth knew that he only had a small amount of control left. She
stared
up at him, sleep heavy on her eyelids.  

             
“Thank you
,
Seth,” she whispered
softly
.

             
He leaned over gently and kissed her on the lips.  “
You’re
more than welcome
,
Alex.
”

             
Charles watched Alex as she weaved in between the tables to reach him.  
The woman walking toward him was
certainly
not the woman that
he expected to see.
 
She
look
ed
re
freshed and alive.

             
“Girl
,
you are positively glowwiii
nnggg
!
” Alex cringed as she slid into her chair at
Sonsie’s.  This was one of her favorite restaurants on
Newbury
Street
, but
it was
always busy
and crowded
.
 
Today was no exception.
 

             
“Charles, hush
.”  Embarrassed she looked around at the other tables and then relaxed when she saw that no one had heard his comment.

             
“Did I miss something
?
I
leave you for one night, expecting you to be a mess
,
and you walk in here looking fresh as a daisy!”

             
Alex took a sip of water.  “I went to talk to Seth last night after you left.”  Charles started clapping loudly,

Oh!
Tell me all about
it
, my dear, and do not leave one juicy
tidbit
in that little head of yours.
  You know I like details.
”

             
Alex smiled at her friend, trying to decide just how much to tell him.

but happy
