As she fought, she caught sight of his face. It
was nearly unrecognisable, flushed and set in a fixed expression of
determination.
‘Been a long time since I saw you so excited Jack…
’ the
mad thought popped unbidden into her head and she nearly laughed out loud.
There was no stopping him now, her skirt was already bunched up around her
thighs, an open invitation for him to take her. She was getting tired by now
anyway and had subsided to only a token level of resistance. He took full
advantage of her open disarray, brusquely yanking her panties to one side to
get at the sweet sticky prize between her legs.
There was no need for foreplay. She was more
than ready as he forced his cock roughly into her, pushing it up easily into
her already wetted folds. Sarah reacted as if electrocuted, twisting and
jerking underneath him. With his full length buried deep in her, he stopped,
momentarily savouring the feeling of dominance. She instinctively responded by
arching her back, impaling herself as deeply as possible.
His head was held very close to her face now,
brown eyes staring into blue as she looked back up at him. Resuming his
control, he started to fuck her with long powerful plunges, quickly increasing
his tempo. She met each thrust with push of her own, gasping as each stroke
impacted on her now swollen sex, immersed in the sensations coursing through
her body. Eyes closed, head thrashing from side to side she was entirely
unaware of her own loud yelping encouragement.
Her orgasm started somewhere deep within her
shuddering body, rapidly spreading through an overloaded nervous system until
it exploded into her consciousness. At the same time, she vaguely sensed Jack
stiffen, and then cry out as he squirted great splatters of cum into her
writhing figure. For one fleeting instant their two spirits were joined in
ecstasy, suspended over infinity, before each tumbled back to its separate
reality.
Groggily coming to her senses, Sarah felt
Jack’s deadweight still bearing down on her. He seemed unwilling or unable to
move out from between her legs, head lying on her chest. This quickly became
uncomfortable and it was with some impatience that she eventually shook him out
of his stupor. Moving out from under him, she stood up a little unsteadily,
pulling her ravaged clothing together into something approaching order.
‘M
outh tastes like a hippy’s flip flop… and
I could REALLY do with a shower now…
’ Drinking a big glass of water sitting
in the kitchen, she felt curiously at peace with herself. The mad catharsis of
the sex seemed to have largely purged her mind of its worries, leaving her
feeling happier than she had been for months. It was as if a black cloud had
moved on from over her head. ‘
Closure maybe…or something like it…’
“Well… That wasn’t too bad for old folks…” She
hadn’t heard Jack come in and had almost forgotten he was there. “Sorry if I
was a bit rough” he continued.
“No. No that’s all right. I guess I wanted
rough tonight” she replied.
He walked over and stood behind her and started
stroking his hand on her head. “Yeah. I kinda figured that one out for myself.”
He gave a little laugh before continuing “I don’t only do rough you know…I’ll
be a bit more considerate next time. Erm…After all, we’ve got the whole night
to practice…”
She moved his hand away as she replied. “No
Jack. Sorry. There is no next time. That was it.” She was surprised how
unexpectedly definite and confident she felt. “I have the spare room made up
for you already. Anyway, I’m really tired now, I’m off to bed myself.”
Taken aback he tried again “But…But I
thought….”
She didn’t let him finish. “Well….You thought
wrong. I’m sorry. We can sort everything out in the morning, but for
now…Goodnight Jack.”
With that, she stood up abruptly and headed up
the stairs, leaving him open mouthed behind her. Back in her own room, she
briefly eyed the key in the door ‘
he wouldn’t dare would he…?
’ deciding
not to bother locking it.
‘No…I guess he wouldn’t…
’ One quick shower
later and she was snuggled in under the quilt. Her last drifting thoughts were
of a future that seemed a lot brighter than it had done at the start of the
evening. ‘A fresh start for me now…and tomorrow is a brand new day…’
Appropriately enough, she woke to sunlight and
a bright breezy day. Downstairs, Jack was a little awkward at first but she
wasn’t in the mood for any unpleasantness. She kept her tone cheerful but very
business like, equally dividing the work needed to finalise the divorce. They
agreed to keep the same solicitor, to keep costs down and that Sarah would sort
out selling the house. By midday they had finalised all the details, leaving
Sarah anxious for Jack to leave.’
…and stop hanging round the house like a
bad smell…
’ She had noticed him sending a few texts through the morning and
guessed he was trying to contact Carrie. Lovely thought
…‘Not my problem,
don’t care one bit either…’
Eventually he ran out of excuses to hang around
and headed off. She pecked him once on the cheek as he stood in the hallway,
wished him luck, then turned and walked back into the kitchen. Hearing the
front door slam, she was surprised to find the unexpected trickle of tears
running down her cheek.
‘Oh well…s’pose you can’t just kiss off four years
of marriage just like that…
’ Shaking her head she soon lost herself in the
mindless drudgery of housework.
It became something of a pattern over the next
few days, her bursts of hard work gardening or cleaning interspersed with
aimless staring into space. The garage at last got the clearout she had been
promising it since they moved in. The spiders in the cellar finally got their
marching orders, though there was still the occasional unwelcome straggler. She
showed a couple of people round the house and it looked like it was going to be
easy to sell at least. Phone calls from Jack assured her that he was keeping
his side of the deal and that the legal wheels were turning
‘…yeah …very,
very slowly as usual though…
’.
Preoccupied with all that was going on, she had
nearly forgotten about her evil designs on Rob. In fact, it wasn’t until an
unexpected ring on the doorbell early one evening that she thought of him at
all. She was wrestling with a vacuum cleaner halfway up the stairs and saw the
shape of a figure through the glass.
Oh…Great bloody timing whoever you
are…idiot….
’ On opening the door, there he was, smiling cockily and
handsome as ever, standing with her laptop in his hand. Taken by surprise, she
found herself flicking her hair back out of her eyes and wishing she didn’t
look quite so much like the scruffy help.
“Hi Sarah…Erm. I’ve brought your laptop back.”
He held it out like an offering.
“So I see… Thanks…Did you get it fixed?”
“Yeah, it was easy enough to sort out in the
end. Just took a while to get the right part.” He took in her somewhat
flustered appearance. “Did I catch you at a bad time? I was just about to start
my run and thought I would catch you first.”
“No…No not at all. I was just fighting a losing
battle with the cleaning… Look, can I get you a drink or anything.” Now she had
time to recover from her surprise she was trying to decide if he was behaving
oddly towards her or not. ‘
After all, he’s seen me in a few compromising
positions and he must’ve jerked himself stupid at some of those pictures…
’
“Anything”…Anything at all?…Or just anything
within reason?” He winked at her and handed over her laptop. “I’d settle for a
drink of orange juice I suppose unless you’ve got something better in mind.”
The flirty tone in his voice was unmistakable
‘Doesn’t
mean he wants to take this further though…
’ and she found herself wanting
to talk more.
‘Just to see for certain …’
“Look…I’ve been slaving at the housework all
morning, ‘bout time I had a break I reckon. I’ll bring us out a jug of cold
juice and a couple of glasses. It’s the least I can do for a knight in shining
armour isn’t it.” She stuck out her tongue rudely at him. “That’s you by the
way. For being a clever nerd I mean.”
He laughed. “Nerd?! Damn…Hot damn!…How did you
know. I thought I had disguised it brilliantly.”
“Oh, call it woman’s intuition.” She smiled encouragingly.
“Now how about that drink?”
They sat out on the front grass for a while,
enjoying the last of the evening sun. She found him amusing enough company but
there was definitely an undercurrent of desire in his joking. She wanted to
keep him a little off balance, so made a point of ignoring the cruder attempts
at humour, although she couldn’t help smirking to herself
. ‘Just a question
of when not if…when do I want to let him get his dirty big hands on me…?
’
As he thanked her for the juice and headed off for his run, she suddenly
decided it was going to be sooner rather than later. ‘
A lot sooner…!
’
As she ran the glasses and jug under the
kitchen tap, she quickly put together a plan of action. ‘
First stop…the
cellar…Be just my luck if there weren’t any down there today though….’
Newly rinsed and dried glass in one hand, old phone bill in other, she tiptoed
down the stairs. Fortune smiled on her efforts and she soon had an eight legged
monster safely trapped between glass and envelope. She wasn’t particularly
scared of spiders but still didn’t fancy picking up one quite so big.
Walking carefully with her prize she went up
the two flights of stairs to her dressing room. She left the glass on a
windowsill and started up the shower. Stripping out of her sweaty work clothes
was pleasant anyway but doubly so with her body in excited anticipation of what
was to come. In the shower, she soaped herself thoroughly and washed and
conditioned her hair. Not wanting to be late, she finished quickly and turned off
the shower. Roughly towelling herself dry, she put on the skimpiest of her
dressing gowns. The silky red effort barely covered halfway down her thighs,
showing off her long legs to their best advantage.
Last chore was to do the towel-turban on her
hair and she was ready. She went over and picked up the glass, gently lobbing
the spider into the furthest corner of he huge walk-in shower. It shuffled
around in the damp for a while, then settled for lurking in a sullen hunched up
sort of way.
‘
Just in time…
’ Out of the open window
she could see Rob jogging the last few hundred yards up the street. When he was
level with the house she called out loudly.
“Hey. Geek. Help!”
He stopped in his tracks and looked up.
“Ah. The orange lady. You got a problem up there?”
“I got wildlife issues. How are you with
spiders?”
“Well. I managed to sit through Arachnaphobia.
Is that any good to you?”
“Best chance I got I suppose. Any chance you
could come up and save me from this critter?”
“Is that for the usual reward? I could go a
couple glasses of something cold right now as it happens.”
“Not sure yet. I might just have something a
bit better than that if you’re quick.”
Rob started moving across her garden towards
her. “I’ll be right there then. If not sooner.”
“The front door’s open. Just come straight up.”
She felt her heart beat just a little faster as
she heard him come into the house. He was keen enough to take the stairs two at
a time ‘
and fit enough after his run…see how tired he’ll be in an hour
though…
’and came bounding into the room. He immediately took in her
relative state of undress, the thin dressing gown clinging to her damp skin not
leaving much to his imagination. There was a cool breeze blowing into the room
now, leaving her nipples stiff and jutting out under the cloth like the world’s
horniest pair of thimbles. Feeling his fascinated stare on her body gave her a
sudden jolt. ‘
Being honest now, it’s not just the cold air that’s making
them do that is it…?
’
“Aren’t you supposed to be rescuing me or
something?”
He moved his stare very reluctantly away from
chest level up to eye level.
“Yeah. Oh sorry. Nice look you got going
there.” He shook his head as if to clear it. “Erm, anyway. Spiders. Where’s
this monster then.”
