I found out that he had loved her, and losing her devastated him for almost a year. My pain was a lot more recent, but I understood what he had gone through. “Does it ever get any easier?” I asked him.

Dealing with the pain, yes it does. Some days I don’t even think about it.” He touched my hand. “Was it the first time you had been cheated on?”

Yes, we spent three years together. I shared the last year of my relationship with another woman.”

That must hurt a lot. Did he have many lovers?”

Just one that I know of.”

My girlfriend had many lovers. She fancied
many
men. I’m not the jealous type, but she seemed to go around with other men an awful lot.” He looked down and nodded his head in shame. “I should have known better, but I was being a total git. I was just madly in love with her.”

I was curious about what a git was but didn’t want to interrupt his story. “Go on.”

“She was wild and free. I should have seen it.” It was obvious that he was finished with his story. “Tell me about John?” He asked.

The man was a player from the start. I thought that I could tame him, but I couldn’t. He liked fancy clothes and loud music and hanging with his boys. He was one of those guys that pretended to be streetwise but wasn’t really. Do you know what I mean?” I rushed through the explanation my words stumbling over each other in a rush to release themselves from my tongue.

That’s quite a tale. I’m glad he was a fool because that means I can make your company today.”

I’m glad too.” I finally let the question escape. “What is a git?”

It’s another word for an idiot.”

Oh.” There was that awful sound again. I hated it. I felt like a ‘git’ whenever I said that.

**

We went back to his hotel after dinner. I could not wait to climb back into bed with him, but he wanted to have a night cap first. We drank the champagne and talked. “You drink champagne a lot.” I told him.

Only when I have something to celebrate.” He told me.

I was incredibly happy at that moment. I was worth celebrating for him. I don’t know why I suddenly felt so giddy at that moment, but I couldn’t help but laugh about the situation. My lover looked at me confused. “Why are you laughing? Did I say something wrong?”

“No, no. I’m just happy.” I told him.

The concern cleared off of his face. “That’s wonderful news.”

“I know,” I was still giggling.

He leaned in and kissed me. “Want to try something new Mimi?”

I felt an intense arousal flash the moment he said that. It was just the way he said it. The implication was prevalent through the entire sentence. “Sure.” I responded with a small voice.

Strip.” He commanded me. As I removed my clothes he sat back in the chair like a villain out of a movie and watched me. He had a slight disinterested look on his face. I was feeling a little nervous. “Turn.” He ordered me again. I turned around and felt a blindfold slip over my eyes. He secured it well.

You’re not going to kill me are you?” I asked, only half joking.

No, love. I won’t kill you. You just have to trust me.” He whispered into my ear as he led me into the room. This was really exciting.

He led me to the edge of the bed and told me to sit down. It seemed like forever that I heard him rustling around the room. It sounded like he was searching for something. Each movement he made caused a flutter in my groin. It was incredibly erotic. After what seemed like hours waiting on the edge of the bed I was instructed to lie down. Gently my arms were drawn up in front of me. I felt fur wrap around both of my wrists. I felt the weight of what I believed were cuffs as they were fully wrapped around my wrists. I could hear the clink of the chain hitting the metal buckle. He pushed my hands up above my head and climbed off the bed. I don’t know what he was doing, but for a long while the room was silent.

I couldn’t feel him on the bed, and I didn’t hear any shuffling around the room. From all I could tell he was just staring at me as laid on the bed, tied up and blindfolded. The anticipation was a huge turn on.

Finally he touched me. It was a light fluttering touch that was on my stomach. I loved the slight tickling sensation that it gave me. “Tell me now, Maria, are you enjoying yourself?” He asked in a hissing whisper. I could feel the hot breath rushing past my ear and the touch of his chin graze my arm and shoulder.

“Yes.”

Good, because I plan on keeping you at my mercy all night long.” I could hear him smiling at me.

His voice made this situation much more erotic. It was amazing how much more dominating his accent made him. He sounded like an evil British man that had taken me hostage. It was crazy how hot this entire time was. I couldn’t help but moan a little. It was an amazing experience. He hadn’t even touched me, not really. A few light flutters or minor touches and the man already had me moaning. I had never done this before. I had never even thought that this would be so damn erotic. This man was irresistible.

He didn’t say anything else. He started to touch me. His hands roamed over every bare inch of me. He cupped my breasts and began to suck on one of my nipples. I sucked in my breath as I felt the nibbling start. “Have you ever done anything like this before?” He asked me, pulling his mouth away from my chest for a moment.

No, never.” I couldn’t say anything without moaning and it just seemed to drive him on.

He continued to explore my body, this time kissing and nibbling all over. My breasts, my thighs, my stomach, all of these were vulnerable to his assault. He was so calm about it, taking his time with each touch. Letting his fingers impression linger on my skin, he was teasing me. Hearing the sounds that I made just made him work harder pushing my buttons, he was driving me crazy and he knew it. I felt his touch, his mouth, his body move against mine. I couldn’t see a thing, but I could hear and feel so much.

“On your knees.” The gentle words held the authority of an order. “Off the bed.” He led me by my arms and helped me kneel between his knees. He was sitting on the edge of the bed. I knew what he wanted but I hesitated. “Go on. You want it don’t you.” His deep accent charmed me once again and I reached up to find his shaft hovering in front of my face. I took him into my mouth and began to run my tongue around him. I could feel him growing harder in my mouth. I wanted to please him so I used every trick I knew. I nibbled on the head. I sucked on the shaft and loved every second of it.

I didn’t know what was happening when he pulled me away from him. He positioned me onto the bed. I was on my elbows and knees. It felt so exciting. It was like I was trapped by a villain, a very sexy villain with a wonderful accent. I knelt there, on the bed. I waited for something to happen. It was quiet again. I didn’t think he was on the bed.

Suddenly there was a sharp slap on my buttocks. I jumped. “Did you like that?” There was no profanity or vulgarity in the question. There wasn’t concern either. It just seemed kind of neutral. I shook my head yes, still slightly in shock from it. Another slap came, striking my butt hard enough to sting, but not hard enough to leave a mark. Something inside me jumped. I loved it. I loved every second of this. It was so new and exciting. It scared me a little too. I wasn’t sure what to do about it. I figured that I would just play this scene out and see how it goes.

My lover spanked me several more times. It wasn’t sloppy or messy; it was neat and well planned. Each strike came as a surprise. I had never been spanked before, but I was enjoying it a lot. I didn’t know what was going to happen next, but every sense was on high alert.

I could feel him move to behind me. I was open and available, waiting for him. I was literally dripping with excitement. I couldn’t wait for what was going to happen next. I felt him push against me, he slipped in so easily. He finally gave me what I wanted. He slipped in and out until we climaxed together. After all of the teasing and play, it didn’t take us long.

#Chapter7

After we finished, he helped me out of my cuffs and my blindfold. I looked at him. “I want you to meet my friends.” I didn’t know why I made that decision right then, but I knew that I wanted it to happen. He wouldn’t be anything but a fling if he never met my friends.

“Why?” He asked.

“Because I want to show you off a little,” I told him. I knew that it was kind of a lie, but I wasn’t going to tell him the real reason yet. I just didn’t know how to say it to him.

“Where do you want me to meet them?” He asked, obviously agreeing.

There’s a place near mine. We can meet them after work today.” I didn’t know if he would like the club or not. “My friends and I hang out there all the time.”

Do you have to go home today?” He asked me his mind obviously elsewhere.

Yeah, I have to get some work done.”

He looked disappointed. “I couldn’t keep you in bed all day?” He asked me.

“No. I have to get some work done. We will get together tonight though.” Somehow I thought the heartbreak from us having to split up would be easier if we didn’t spend every day together. On the plus side, I really did need to get work done. I didn’t have someone to cover for me. I was self-employed, with no one under me.

He sighed and ordered me a car. He didn’t seem to want me to go, but he understood that I had to get some work done. I took the walk of shame out of the hotel in last night’s dress. I didn’t feel ashamed though, I was still high on the excitement of this amazing man. I didn’t know what to do about it, but I felt like singing.

I got home and called my friends. After I gave them every detail I asked if they would like to meet him. They agreed to meet me at the club that night.

I got through some work before my phone vibrated next to me. Checking it, I recognized the number. It was John. I ignored the text and continued to get work done. It took me several hours to try to look like I was working today. I just couldn’t concentrate on the websites I was being asked to build. I needed to get this bookstore done for an author called Lena Skye. Her livelihood was being heavily taxed by the fees from the store she had with a popular online retailer. I had promised it to her by the end of the week and I hadn’t even started on it yet. I got a lot of work done before it was time to meet everyone at the club. I had arranged for everyone to meet at my place and we would leave from there.

I realized after I was done with my shower that I hadn’t missed John at all that day. I was just annoyed by his text. Didn’t he have that other woman to bother? Why does he have to hassle me? I just don’t get it. I found my outfit and put it on. It was a pretty silver sheath style dress with red heels .I carried a red clutch with it. I looked in the mirror and thought I looked good. Maybe not my best but good.

Moments after I put my second shoe on I heard the buzzer. I rushed to the door and let my friends up. The three of them rushed into my apartment, the twins were fighting to see who got into the door first. They looked at my outfit and decided that it wasn’t right.

“Oh no, you have to change.” Ada told me.

No, I’m fine.” I looked at Cathy. Cathy shook her head disapprovingly. “I guess I might have to change.” Cathy’s job was making people look good; she was the best to do it. Cathy walked back to my bedroom and she quickly changed my shoes and purse. After we were done, William called and told me he was stuck in traffic and would be late. We agreed to meet at the club and I gave his driver directions.

I was a little disappointed by this situation. I was hoping that my best friends would be able to meet him in my apartment, where it was a little quieter.

The girls got me talking as we left our apartment. I was forced into repeating all of the details that I had already told them, but they were just begging for more. They giggled with me about the rubber confusion. That joke would carry on for years.

Should we wait outside?” Cathy asked when we got to the club.

I don’t know.” I wasn’t sure what he was expecting.

Call him.” Ada told me. “It’s a little chilly out here and I didn’t bring a jacket. Flipping out my phone I called him and told him that we would be waiting in the club for him.

We got into the club and found a table that would fit all five of us easily.

“What can we expect?” Andrea asked me.

He’s hard to describe, but he’s very nice.” I was doing my best to think of the best adjectives to describe this amazing man that had taken me on a whirlwind romance and brought out the heights of ecstasy.

Nice?’ Ada chimed in.

Yeah, he’s kind of polite and proper.” I was having trouble explaining his personality.

Boring!” The twins intoned in unison.

He’s not a boring guy.” I defended him. “He’s nice and dangerous at the same time. You can trust him, but he doesn’t seem to want to get to close.”

Huh?” Cathy asked.

He’s just very different than anyone else I’ve dated.”

His accent?” Ada asked.

Yes, that, and the fact that he’s white.” I lowered my voice to a whisper at the end of the statement. I don’t know why I felt like I needed to do it, but I did.

You’re dating a white guy?” The twins squealed loudly.

You’ve never dated a white guy before.” Ada told me. She was obviously shocked. It was true, I had never dated a white guy.

When you were talking about dating someone different, I didn’t know it would be that different.” Andrea was cutting her sister off, but neither of them seemed to notice during this conversation.

I know right.” I giggled with the girls.

Do you think he’s the one?” Ada asked. You could always trust her to bring out the thought of love that early.

The scary thing was, I thought he might be, but it was a bit early. “No, probably not.”

Ada was perking up even more than she was before. “But there’s a chance right?”

He’s leaving at the end of the week. I probably won’t have a chance to know.” I was starting to feel a little upset thinking about it. I knew that I would have liked to get to know him better. I would have loved to get a chance to really love him. I don’t know where this would have gone if he would have loved me.

**

He arrived after we had been there for almost half an hour. The place was hopping. The bass was thumping and everyone was in a great mood. He sneaked up on me and whispered in my ear, “How are you doing, love?”

I jumped a bit and then realized who was speaking to me. “Hey, muffin!” I was so excited I jumped up and hugged him immediately. I turned to my friends, “this is William.”

The twins were super excited and started asking question after question. It was hard to tell which one was asking what. Their words were jumbling over each other and fighting for the spotlight. “What do you do for a living?”

How much money do you make in a year?”

What are your hobbies?”

What’s it like living in England?”

Is driving funny here?”

What kind of music do you like?”

Are you related to the queen?”

Is it true that a rubber means an eraser where you’re from?”

Have you ever gone punting on the Thames?”

The questions just kept coming.

These were just the ones I could understand. Underneath and around these ones were countless others that I could only catch a few words from.  My lover just laughed. “I don’t know which one to answer first. One at a time please.”

He answered every question as calmly and quickly as possible. My friends learned a lot of things about him. By the end of it he was sitting at the table. “Oh, I love this song!” I shouted and grabbed his hand. We headed out to the floor, I was dragging him behind me.

I was really working it on the dance floor. He was too; we were gyrating together for a long time. It was sexy and free. After the first song stopped thumping I looked at my date. He looked so out of place here, yet he appeared so comfortable.

Do you like Nicki Minaj?” I asked.

“I love her.” He told me smiling.

“I didn’t think that you would?” My curiosity was overwhelming. Not only was this man incredibly handsome, he seemed to be built just for me. The way he moved across the dance floor was almost hypnotic. This man had complete control over his body, and to be honest, he had complete control over mine every night.

We continued to dance as time passed. We were really enjoying ourselves. The music was jumping and the floor was crowded with happy people dancing. This man, while he stood out in a place like this, really held his own. I was enjoying myself when I heard a familiar voice shout, “Hey, girl.”

I immediately recognized the voice. I couldn’t believe it was him. I didn’t want to turn around, but now my new lover was looking at me because I tensed up and stopped dancing at the sound. “What’s wrong, love?” He asked me.

Nothing.” I tried to ignore it.

Hey, baby.” There he was again, I could hear him getting closer, and I knew that he had to be pushing through the huge crowd. This was bad, so incredibly bad. I couldn’t believe that he was here too. He never brought me here, so I thought that I was safe from running into him. There he was, however, in the flesh with his boys right behind him. He pretended to be this tough street guy, but the truth was he had a good job and grew up on the right side of the tracks.

I turned around to face him. He was smiling at me, that same infuriating smile that had charmed me before. I clenched my fists and asked him. “What?”

“What are you doing, baby? You haven’t returned my calls.” He was so sure of himself. His muscles shined with sweat from dancing.

A part of me wanted to punch him in his arrogant mouth, but I restrained myself. “I’ve been busy.”

“Hello.” My date tried to introduce himself.

Baby, I was trying to call you.” He was blatantly ignoring my date.

I know.” This was the last thing I wanted. My ex-boyfriend was coming up to me when I was with my new lover. I don’t know why I felt embarrassed.

I wanted to say that I broke up with Tiffany.” He grinned at me harder, if that was even possible. “I’m back, baby.”

I didn’t quite understand what he was saying at first. When it finally registered I was struck by a sick stomach and a feeling of revulsion. “Not with me.”

“What do you mean, baby? We were so good together.”

Yeah, until you screwed it up.”

Excuse me.” William tried to butt in, but was ignored again.

It was a mistake, baby.” He was trying to smooth-talk me. The problem was, that unlike all of the other times, it wasn’t working now.

What happened did she leave you?” I baited him. I knew what I was doing, but I wanted to wipe that smug smile off his face.

His grin disappeared. “No, baby, I left her for you.” He was trying to back pedal out of the corner he had gotten himself into.

“I don’t want anything to do with you.”

Why not, baby? We were so good together. You’ll never meet another guy like me.”

Oh God, I hope not.”

You’re here alone anyway, let’s dance.” He was still blatantly ignoring my date.

William squeezed around me until he was next to John. He calmly sized him up, looking up and down his body and tapped him on the shoulder. “Excuse me, she’s with me.” He was so calm about this. He didn’t appear to be intimidated or scared of the monster of a man in front of him.

John turned to my new lover. “Doesn’t matter, you won’t last long.  You’re kind can’t handle black women.” He reached out and grabbed my arm. “Don’t worry, baby, you’ll be with a real man again.” He told me, with that arrogant grin back on his face.

Stop it.” I was trying to fight him. “You bastard! I don’t want to be with you anymore. You’re a useless bastard. Let me go.” I slapped him.

My lover stepped up. Even though John was a head taller and a foot wider than my English date, William was unafraid. “Let her go.” He spoke with an unshakable tone.

“What are you going to do about it, little man?” John sneered and spat as he spoke.

William wiped the spittle from his face. He still didn’t show a lot of emotion. “I will make you let her go. This is your chance to step away from the lady.”
