He laughed and pressed his lips to her neck. “You are correct, my sweet. You

are correct.”

And with that, he turned her on to her back and ravaged her mouth. Just as

he'd done that day when he had arrived on her brother's doorstep, come to

beg for forgiveness, a forgiveness she had shamelessly given at a speed

faster than a horse could canter! Not once had she regretted her decision.

And she never would.
