Tanya started to bring her friend Maisy along and whenever me, Jessica and Tanya got together. They both fit in great with the guys and Sam, James and Mark loved them and adopted them as their little sisters just like me and Jessica. Maisy is the total opposite of Tanya so I was shocked when I first met her, she's the smallest one of us girls and has shoulder length black hair. She has a slim figure but has amazing big boobs where all jealous of! You can always count on Maisy.

"Hey Kendal, hows you and the little man?"

"Hey, yea were fine thanks. Finley's his usual hyper self. Hows your family?"

She sits down heavily on one of the chairs behind the reception desk and groans.

"Ugh I'm so tired Kendal. Dillon is teething so bad, I was up most of the night."

I wince and immediately feels sorry for her.

"Oh I'm sorry, I remember those nights very well."

Of course Bianca has her husband to help her through but it was just me and Finley at night in my home. Those early days were rough but they were worth it for my little baby. Bianca straightens up and smiles at me and winks. She wants something.

"Sooooo I was wondering if you could do me a house call tomorrow? I know you have some bookings but Tanya can handle them. I need you to do it for me because the girl wants hair and nails so I thought it makes sence you going rather than sending two girls."

Yes it did make sence sending me, I didn't mind it gets me out of the salon for a while. Tanyas really good at hair so my clients wouldn't mind having her take over.

      "That's fine Bianca."

"Ah thanks Kendal, her names Sophie and she's staying in a hotel. I'll send you the details in the work email and as a thankyou I will let you finish for the day after you have finished."

Bonus, I'll be home on time to fetch my little rockstar from school. Bianca leaves early so me and Tanya are left in charge. I go to the staff room and find Tanya sitting down and reading a magazine. As soon as she sees me come in she slams the magazine shut and hides it away, yea so I'm guessing something to do with Decoy. I love my friends but I don't need protecting from it all. I can deal with seeing a picture of Jax or hearing about them, it may hurt a little but I have to learn to cope. I own all there albums, not just because of Jax and the guys but because I've always loved there music and besides I do have to live with a little three year old who looks exactly like his father. They just need to learn they don't have to protect me from it all.

      "Hey honey."

   "Hey babe."

I make my way over to the kettle because I'm in need of a good cup of tea.

     "Soo I've been thinking."

I turn to face Tanya and stand still waiting. Tanya and thinking can sometimes not be so good. So I prepare myself.

"Us girls need to meet up some time this week. We haven't had enough girl time lately, were always with the guys. We can go somewhere nice, somewhere were we can't go with the men. You no, a girly catch up."

Oh. I wasn't expecting that. It's a really good idea actually. We haven't had girl time lately.

      "Sounds like a plan."

"Great! My next client will be here any minute so I will give the girls a ring later. I know your work hours this week anyway."

Tanya walks past me and squeezes my hand before walking out the door. I don't know if she did that out of friendship or because she was probably reading about Decoy. The kettle flicks off letting me know it's boiled so I make my much needed cup of tea.

*~*~*

       "Mum, Dad? Fin?"

I walk into my parents house and take off my work shoes and slip my feet into my soft slippers I keep here. I sigh with appreciation, that feels good. Bianca has a uniform for us and it is pretty simple, a purple top, Bianca gives us a choice of vest tops, t-shirts and long sleeved tops and we can choose four I have two vest tops and two t-shirts. There deep purple and on the back they say
Bianca's Hair & Beauty
in black. We can wear any bottoms as long as there black and not too revealing.

       "In the garden sweety!"

I follow my mums shout and make my way through the house. I walk outside and stop in my tracks, I gawp at what I see. In my parents garden is a huge playcentre with swings, tunnels, slide and a playhouse attached. This must have cost a fortune! I see Finley pop his head out of the tunnel and he runs over and gives me a kiss and a cuddle then runs back to play.

      "Erm what is this?"

My dad pokes his head out of the playhouse and waves with a big goofy grin on his face.

"Oh don't be mad Kendal. Your dad got it for Finley, he loves it."

I take my eyes of the playcenter and look over at my mum. She's sat at the garden table with big sunglasses on and a summer dress. Honestly as soon as the sun comes out in the British weather she chucks off her jeans and t-shirt and throws on a dress. It's warm, not hot.

"He would have been happy with a normal slide and swing."

She waves away my comment with a flick of her hand.

"Lasagna for dinner sweet, are you and Finley staying?"

I eagerly nod a yes. I haven't got the energy to cook a good dinner for me and Finley tonight. My mum gives me a happy nod and I hear Finley laugh, I look back to his direction and see his bent over laughing in hysterics at my dad. I can't hold back my own laughter at seeing Finley in such a state but also at seeing my dad and I can hear my mum laughing too. God what a sight, my dad isn't the skinniest of men. Don't get me wrong his not fat, his just wide and broad, he loves the gym so has the big body as a result and tattoos to match. So the image of my dad stuck on the top of the slide is hilarious. His trying to shuffle down and that just makes it worse, Finley's laughter brings tears to my eyes. But then my mum pours cold water on my warm happy feeling as usual.

"Kendal, don't you think it's about time you find Finley's dad?"

I shut my eyes on the funny scene in front of me and groan at my mum. My parents don't know that Jax is Finley's dad. At the time they knew I had a boyfriend but they didn't really see him back then to be honest. I don't know why, I suppose things were new, we were young and having fun. When they asked who was the baby's father I told them it was a guy from out of town who was in London for work and left. We didn't keep contact because it was nothing serious. My mum was OK with that response because she's not a normal mum. She's weird, she likes me to be free and have fun but my dad can be protective. Being there only child and me being his little girl, he didn't like that idea of me fooling around very much. My mum however doesn't actually believe that we haven't got means of getting back in touch, so she drops this comment every now and then. I can't tell them the truth, only my friends know the truth. If they knew the truth of Jax being there grandsons father they would go crazy. I think my dad even listens to there music so it would be kind of weird and my mum would hunt hin down and reveal all. Something I was surprisingly thinking about every now and then.

"Please don't go there mum. I've told you, I don't know where he lives I haven't even got his number."

She gives me her I-don't-believe-you glare but I don't back down. She huffs and strolls into the house to start dinner and I take up her seat and watch my dad and Finley run around. Nice to see my dad is now free. I take two minutes to compose myself. Whenever I think about maybe, somehow telling Jax about him having a son it makes me feel funny. I feel shaky and sick, four years ago this was the perfect plan. Lately as Finley is getting older I'm starting to question my decision, not that I've told anyone.

*~*~*

"Wakey wakey! Wakey wakey! Wakey wakey"

I wake up to Finley shouting and bouncing on my bed. Every bounce makes the bed dip, taking me with it. Not a good way to wake up but in reality this is my usual daily wake up call. It can change from time to time but that depends on whatever Finley has in mind.

      "Ugh Fin. Please stop jumping."

But Finley being his typical Finley self, just ignores me and carries on jumping and laughing at me. I glance at the clock 07.45, guess I should be getting up, not that Finley would let me get back to sleep anyway. I need to take Finley to school before I go to work. I only have the house call to do today so it shouldn't be too long of a day and that means I can pick Finley up from school which I love doing. Finley is still bouncing so I slowly sit up.

   "OK Fin I'm up."

He takes one last bounce and lands on his bottom.

      "Juice mummy"

Another morning routine for my son. When I'm finally awake he quickly demands what his stomach wants for his breakfast.

      "Yes OK"

I chuck my dressing gown over my silky pj's. I offer to carry him down the stairs but he quickly shakes his head and does the cute two feet on the same step walk that little kids do. He doesn't stop his demands though.

      "Toast mummy"

I nod and watch him to make sure he doesn't fall.

   "Biscuits mummy"

      "Anything else Finley?"

Oh god I shouldn't have asked him that. Last week he went to school frowning because I wouldn't make him sausage beans, bacon and eggs before school.

      "Erm no fanks mummy."

Even when his demanding his adorable. I sit him down at the table while I fix his juice and toast with biscuits on the side. I turn on his cartoons and I go about getting dressed for work. It looks sunny out so I decide on my black pencil skirt and vest work top. Being typical British weather it may look nice but it can still be a bit chilly. As I'm walking down the stairs all ready for work and holding Finley's clothes in my hands I hear Finley shouting from the kitchen.

      "Oh no. Mummy! My juice!"

I rush down the rest of the stairs and when I reach the kitchen I nearly laugh at what I see. Finley is sat in the middle of the table, about fifteen of his toy cars scattered around him and sat in a big puddle of his juice. I hide away the smile and put on my mummy face.

"Finley. How many times have I said no climbing on the table?"

I feel a stab of guilt when he hangs his head. It melts my heart but I have told him a lot not to climb on the table. His a good kid but he can be very mischievous.

      "I sorry mummy."

I walk up to the table and place my hand on top of his black head of hair.

      "That's OK rockstar"

He beams up at me because I used his nickname. A little trick to learn about Finley, if his sulking or just in a bad mood or sad, if you use his favourite nickname it makes him smile. I pick him up off the table careful not to get wet with the juice on my work uniform.

     "Ugh rockstar all wet mummy!"

He looks down at his pajama trousers with a scrunched up nose.

"Yea I no buddy, now lets get you dressed."

He looks at the clothes I grabbed and I know whats coming, he has that look on his face. I get him undressed and change his cute little pants and then grab his red chinos hoping his going to wear what I have picked him to wear this morning.

      "Noooooooo mummy"

I throw my head back and sigh, I new it. His so picky at what he wears, I usually do this upstairs because this is a daily thing. It's a good job he has a little selection of clothes at my parents house because he would come home in just pants. For the past year no matter what you pick out he don't want to wear it, he likes to choose his clothes. He even likes clothes shopping so he can pick out is new clothes. He follows me up to his bedroom which has cars and trucks scattered all over the floor. I open his little wardrobe, which comes up to my waist. Maisy is an interior designer and found this cute little wardrobe for me. I just had to get it for him. Finley stands there like the little rockstar he is and looks at his clothes. He points to his dark denim long jean shorts so I slip them on him and glance at the time on my phone 08:20.
