"Did you have a nice weekend?" she asked.

Once he sipped his latte, he replied, "It was ...

interesting."

"Why? Do anything exciting?"

"Always!" He laughed.

"Are you still pulling on your collar?"

He hadn't realized he had been. "Yes. It's still a little sore."

"Do you need a band-aid?"

"No. I have one on it already."

"It's been a week, Brock. Maybe you should see a doctor and ask why it's not healing properly."

"You're beginning to sound like a mother." He smiled to soften the admonishment, drinking more of his coffee.

When she walked around the desk to stand next to him, Brock hoped Faith wasn't attracted to him. He had just hired her a month ago and they hadn't had any conversations other than work, at least nothing deep.

"You need to take care of yourself, Brock."

"I do."

"Do you have anyone at home who cooks for you?"

"Listen, Faith..." It was becoming awkward.

"I can help you out. You know, make you some nice dinners."

Meeting her eyes, he smiled warmly. "Faith, you are adorable, attentive, and sweet, but..." He narrowed his eyes at her. "You are also barking up the wrong tree."

"Sorry?" She took a step back in reflex.

"I want to tell you first how much I appreciate you. Your work is impeccable, and I can't ask for more."

"Yes, you can ask for more."

That remark made it plain she was interested. "Faith, I'm gay."

"No."

"Yes!"

"No way."

"Do I really need to convince you?"

Blushing, she walked back to the opposite side of the desk and seemed to be struggling for a reply.

"I'm hoping you're open-minded, Faith. I didn't think it would make a difference." When she suddenly fingered the cross around her neck he realized it had. "Oh, dear."

"I'll be at my desk."

"Faith!" he shouted as she vanished. "Crap," he grumbled in annoyance and answered his ringing phone.

By five o'clock Brock was finishing up his typing on the computer. The autumn light began to fade to dusk as the long winter nights were drawing near. Next weekend the clocks would fall back.

"Knock, knock."

Brock looked up from his work. "Adrian!" He smiled in delight.

"How are you, my handsome friend?" Adrian closed Brock's office door, sauntering in.

In anticipation of the coming oral sexual exchange, Brock grew hard. "I'm very well. Always glad to see you, Mr. Tripp."

Brock shut down his computer, taking the headset off his head and running his hand through his hair.

As Adrian wandered around the desk to where Brock was sitting, he leaned over for a kiss. "Mm, you smell divine."

Brock inhaled Adrian deeply. "So do you. Give me back that tongue." Brock reached around Adrian's head to bring him to his lips.

Lost in a swoon from Adrian's hands on his crotch and his lips on his, Brock heard a deep powerful voice ask, "Who is he?"

Both he and Adrian spun around.

"Dan!" Brock felt like he had been caught cheating. Daniel didn't look pleased.

Stumbling to his feet, Brock's heart was in his throat. "Uh, Daniel Wolf, this is my work colleague, Adrian Tripp."

Daniel snarled.

"Well, uh ... this is awkward..." Adrian stammered, taking back the hand he had outstretched in greeting. "I guess I'll see you some other time, Brock."

"I don't think so," Daniel warned.

Giving Daniel a wide birth, Adrian slipped behind him and left the office quickly, not looking back.

"I ... I didn't know you were coming by." Brock shuffled papers nervously.

Moving to stand next to him, Daniel asked, "What were you going to do to him?"

"Nothing," Brock replied, laughing nervously. Finding the courage to stare at those green orbs, he whispered, "I ... I didn't think we were exclusive, Danny. You know. I mean, you've seen me at the club..."

"I would prefer if you did things only with me from now on."

"I'm sure you would," Brock cracked sarcastically. When Daniel gripped him tightly and connected their chests together, Brock blinked in shock.

"You will be mine now."

"Jesus, Danny. That's a bit possessive of you. And presumptuous!"

Once Daniel made contact with Brock's mouth, Brock melted. That magical tongue dancing around his, Brock felt Daniel's tight grip release. It was Brock's turn to hold onto him. Wrapping around Daniel's neck, Brock moaned like a lovesick schoolboy, rocking Daniel, pushing his throbbing cock into his.

Parting to gasp for breath, Brock surrendered, "Yes! All right ... you've got me..." Chuckling at the thought of being in any type of committed relationship, Brock couldn't stop smiling at the irony. "How on earth will I be content with one set of cock and balls, I'll never know."

Daniel's chest rumbled with laughter. Licking Brock's chin teasingly, Daniel replied, "You will manage."

"Christ, you get me so hot." Brock ground his jaw and humped Daniel's body.

When Daniel dipped his finger into Brock's shirt collar and peeled it back, Brock glared at him. "Oh, no you don't."

"Later." Daniel headed for the door.

"Forget it, mister!" Brock chided, turning off the light and grabbing his coat off the back of the door where it hung.

The building was emptying of employees. Yet, they were not alone in the elevator, so Brock shook his head in admonishment when he read Daniel's wicked smirk. Once they were walking to his car in the parking garage, Daniel began playing, grabbing at Brock's bottom and cock as he walked.

"You are incorrigible!" Brock tried to keep Daniel's hands at bay.

Sitting behind the wheel with Daniel beside him, Brock was about to start the ignition when Daniel descended on him.

"Danny, can we wait until we get to my place?" Brock closed his eyes at the rush of pleasure through his loins as Daniel kissed him, rubbing his crotch hungrily. That disorientation began to hit him. He now knew the signs before it was too late. "Daniel!" Brock braced both hands on Daniel's muscled chest. Panting, Brock could see the lust burning in Daniel's eyes. "It'll only take fifteen minutes."

"I hate it when you push me away."

"It's temporary. You know that."

Reluctantly Daniel relented, sitting down on the seat.

Exhaling a breath in relief, Brock started his car. "You're like a wolf in heat. Your last name is very appropriate, Daniel." When he pulled out of his parking space, Brock noticed Daniel gazing with weary eyes out of the passenger window. "You okay?"

Daniel didn't reply, but his mouth seemed drawn into a grim line as if he had bitter thoughts.

Once they were driving on the busy streets, Brock asked,

"I should stop for some food on the way home. You want to get a pizza?"

"I am not hungry for food."

"I know! For sex!" Brock teased. "But I'm starved. You mind if I just swing by Ray's?"

"Do as you wish."

"I'll have to park illegally. So, sit in the car and talk me out of a ticket. Make yourself useful."

Brock was glad when Daniel smiled at him. He winked in return.

Holding the pizza box as they ascended to the top floor, Brock thought Daniel had gotten moody on him and wondered if it was because of what happened earlier in his office with Adrian. After entering his home, Brock headed to the kitchen placing the box on the table, taking two plates out of the cabinet. He tossed his coat over a chair and opened the cardboard lid. "Damn, that smells excellent. Have a seat."

Daniel obeyed, staring at him.

Brock set two slices on each plate, opening the refrigerator for something to drink. "Wine? Water? Beer?"

"Nothing."

"You sure?" Brock set a bottle of blush wine down and two glasses. "Dig in."

"I am not hungry."

"Do you mind if I eat? I'm really starved."

"I do not mind."

Finding a chair, Brock poured two glasses of wine, sipping his down quickly. At his first bite of pizza, Brock moaned.

"Man, it's great. Just taste it."

Staring at the oily cheese, Daniel leaned down and licked it.

Brock broke up with laughter. "You are so unusual."

"I do not like it." Daniel curled his nose.

"What kind of food do you like?" Brock devoured the pizza, washing it down with wine.

"I do not know."

"How could you not know?" Brock wiped his mouth with a paper napkin.

"What do you eat?"

"Everything. I like all kinds of food. There's a great sushi place in the Bryant Hotel. I should take you there."

"Is sushi something raw?"

"Some of it. Don't tell me you've never had it."

"It was not very popular when I used to eat. Not like today."

"Used to eat?" Brock gnawed at the crust. "You don't seem like one of those fashion models who starves themselves.

You're really built well."

"Thank you." Daniel pushed out his chest in pride.

"You don't need me to tell you that."

"Why not?"

"Because. You make all the guys hot. They all drool over you at the club."

"Do they?"

"Don't tell me you never noticed," Brock scoffed.

"I only see you."

Finally full, Brock relaxed in his chair sipping his wine. "I only have eyes for you..."

"Are you singing to me?"

"Yes." Brock giggled.

"I like you, Brock. You have so much life in you."

His cheeks heating up from the compliment, Brock stammered, "I ... I like you too."

"That is so nice to hear." Daniel grinned broadly.

Brock's warm smile faded as he noticed something.

Leaning forward over the table, Brock used his thumb to raise Daniel's top lip. His canines were longer than normal and appeared to come to sharp points. "Holy shit."

With a gentle swish of his hand, Daniel brushed Brock's fingers away.

"Are those caps?" Brock asked, sipping the remainder of his wine.

"Caps? What are caps?"

"You know. Fake teeth."

"You asked me if I have fake eyes, now fake teeth? What do you think I am? One big phony?"

Leaning back to take in the whole picture of Daniel as he relaxed on his chair, Brock did wonder if perhaps Daniel had some help from a good plastic surgeon. "You don't have a line on you."

"A line?"

"A wrinkle. Do you do Botox? You really don't expect me to believe you're in your fifties."

"You ask me the oddest questions."

"And you never answer them!" Brock laughed, making a move to clean up the kitchen.

"Why must I answer questions I cannot understand?"

"It's why you don't understand them that's the most puzzling."

"Are you done consuming food? I am tired of waiting."

Peering over his shoulder as he set the dishes in the sink to wash, Brock found Daniel taking off his shirt. "You know, 101

Eli wonders why I never bother with conversations and relationships, but you take the cake."

"When is it my turn?"

"Okay!" Brock wiped his hands on a towel. "I'm all yours!"

He held up his arms.

Grinning like a fiend, Daniel wrapped his arms around Brock's waist and lifted him off his feet.

Smiling down at him, Brock smoothed his hands over Daniel's naked shoulders. "No blood."

"I do not like your rules."

"Daniel," Brock admonished as he was carried to the bedroom.

"There are no rules, Brock Hart."

Gasping at hearing his own words, Brock blinked in shock.

It seemed Daniel was entertained by Brock's reaction. He tossed Brock on his bed, crawling up his body to his lips.

"Did you eavesdrop on mine and Eli's conversation at the club?"

"Too much talk. Can we stop talking?"

Daniel opened Brock's shirt and slacks. Brock had taken his tie off ages ago after they bought the pizza.

Assisting Daniel in getting him naked, Brock raised his hips and allowed Daniel to yank off his shoes, socks, pants, and briefs.

While Daniel sat next to him on the bed, Brock opened the button of Daniel's black silk trousers. Just as he spread them wide over Daniel's pelvis, the adhesive strip was ripped off his neck sharply.

"Ouch!" Brock shrunk back and covered it with his hand.

"What are you doing?"

"Stop asking me questions. Enough."

"No! Danny, I said no more blood!"

Wrestling Brock back to the bed, Daniel leaned over him, pinning him. "Do not tell me what I can and cannot do."

Brock felt fear tighten his chest. How this was possible confused him. He wanted Daniel there, adored him, and craved him. And he trusted him. Why was he afraid? Trying to calm down, Brock spoke softly. "Lover, snookims, sweet-cheeks ... I'm asking you please to just make love to me."

"Sweet-cheeks? Is that a term of endearment? I have never heard that one." Daniel wriggled his hips into Brock's.

"I will make passionate love to you."

"You know what I mean." Brock held him back, struggling to keep him elevated off his chest.

In fury, Daniel growled, "Do not treat me like I am an idiot!"

"I'm not!" Brock stated in defense. "I just don't want to bleed."

Instantly softening his rage, Daniel gripped Brock's cock, smiling wickedly.

"Oh, shit..." Brock felt the swoon coming. "Wait..."

"Spurt your semen for me," Daniel purred sensuously. "I love the expression on your face when you are in orgasm. It is so exciting."
