“I have to tell you that I’m sorry-”

“I said shut up,” he growled. “If you want to apologize, show it.”

The shower was quickly abandoned. Damien pushed her down onto the bed. His fingers played over her breasts, made her bite her lips in anticipation. She realized that his was the touch she’d been missing.

“Damien, please,” she mumbled as he teased her with his hands.

She wanted him. More than anything else at that moment, she wanted to feel him buried deep inside of her. To feel the throb and twitch of his cock in her warmness.

“You haven’t earned anything yet,” he said.

Jenna was the one to growl. She pushed herself up before she settled onto her knees. If he wanted to tease, she could tease too. Her hands traveled over his muscled chest and stomach, down to his strong thighs. Leaning forward, she captured his cock in her mouth.

The sound he made, the deep, sensuous moan, made her moan too. He throbbed within her mouth, his hands going to her hair as they always had. She trailed her tongue over his length,  swirled it over his skin until his breathing was heavy. Jenna pulled her cheeks in, felt his hips thrust forward as she devoted herself to sucking his cock.

When he could take no more, he pushed her onto the bed. Damien dove between her thighs. The twist and twirls of his tongue made her shudder. He lapped at her clit until she was writhing against the sheets. Jenna’s breath caught in her throat, her fingers gripping the blanket as she moaned and gasped. Every little whimper from her lips seemed to push him farther, to make him work harder.

“I can’t take it. Please, please stop t-teasing me,” she moaned.

Damien’s hands spread her legs as he guided his length into her. She shuddered, moaning as every inch invaded her insides. Her legs raised, wrapped around his waist tightly as he began thrusting into her.

Jenna’s breathing caught in her throat. Had she been craving him all this time? She missed the feel of him; the way he filled her up, the way he kissed her neck, the way his eyes held hers with each thrust.

Her fingers raked over his back. Their moans began to match up, the sound filling the hotel room. Her back arched off of the bed as she rode her first wave of orgasm. It wasn’t over though. Damien kept her going. He moved her where he wanted, pushed her to her limits before he couldn’t handle it anymore either. In the end, they laid wrapped up in each other with their breathing heavy.

“I’m guessing you missed me,” he mumbled against her hair.

“More than anything.”

Damien grinned. “Good. I have some stipulations this time though.”

“Oh?” Jenna asked, cocking a brow.

“Yes. First, no sneaking around. We’re adults, I want to be treated like one.”

“Of course.”

“Second, I forgive you for your...indiscretions. If it ever happens again, I reserve the right to never speak to you again.”

“Completely understandable. Is that all?”

“No. I want to take you on dates, get our own place. I want a life with you. A good life.”

Jenna grinned. “I want that too.”

“Good,” he said, pressing a kiss onto her forehead.

“Besides,” she said as she sat up slowly, her body sore, “I already told my parents about us.”

“You did what now?”

Jenna giggled. “I told my parents about us.”

“You didn’t. What did you say?”

“The truth,” she replied, flipping on the light to the bathroom.

“And what’s the truth?”

Jenna gazed back over her shoulder at him. The light from the bathroom filtered into the dark room. Silvery rays from the moon bathed his face and naked chest in light. She smiled.

“That I love you.”

She turned, walked into the bathroom and turned on the shower. Jenna didn’t need to hear him say it back in that moment. He’d rushed into a warehouse to save her. He had told her in more ways in once with the way he caressed her, the way he made her moan. She grinned.

Things were going to change.

The End

Rock Steady

The music throbbed throughout the building, vibrating the walls and making Holly wish that she'd brought earplugs. She was hot in the throng of people that surrounded her. What was supposed to have been a small, music concert, had turned into a very large crowd of people. Holly had to head outside. The cool, spring air was calling her.

As she stepped outside, a hand gripped her elbow. She jumped, then settled down when she recognized her friend Jenny. The girl had bright blonde hair that stood in ponytail on her head, the dark makeup contrasting with the brightly colored skirt and top that she wore. A guy had his arm around Jenny's neck. Holly could tell that they were both wasted.

“Where are you going? We were just coming to meet you inside,” Jenny yelled above that music that even poured out to the sidewalk.

“It's too crowded! I thought that this was just a small, local concert tonight.”

Jenny nodded as she sipped something out of a red cup. “It was supposed to be, but apparently there's a band that came back home. Everyone's really psyched about it.”

“What's the name of the band?” Holly asked.

Jenny shrugged, the look on her face already turning bored. “No idea. It's all really anonymous right now. Let's go see.”

Reluctantly, Holly followed them both back inside. The room was stifling with the smell of beer, alcohol, perfume and bodies. Holly regretted her outfit decision now. She wore dark blue jeans with rips in the knees, a black and purple corset covered with silver buckles and heavy black combat boots. Her black hair was streaked with blue. Her fingers grazed the black choker around her neck. It wasn't making it any easier for her to breathe.

“What's up Detroit? We're gonna get this night started off right! Welcome, Jack Attack!”

Holly pressed forward more as the band filled the stage. As the music started, she heard nothing. There was only one person that had her attention. He stood in the front, microphone clutched in his ringed hands. A dark blue guitar hung from around his neck. What struck Holly was the long, black hair that fell past his shoulders, the bare chest that gleamed beneath the lights. It had been so long, but Holly knew who he was.

“I know that guy!” She yelled over the music to Jenny.

“What?”

Holly rolled her eyes. She pressed her lips against Jenny's ear. “I said, I know that guy! I used to live next door to him.”

When Holly stepped back, Jenny's eyes were wide. A big grin covered her face. She gripped Holly's hands as she jumped up and down.

“Introduce me, after the show!”

Holly nodded, but she had no idea if that was even a possibility. The last time that she'd seen Jackson, he was in the cab of his dad's pickup heading away from her. Looking at him, she remembered how close they'd been, always pulling pranks on each other and arguing, but they were inseparable. When his parents got divorced, she hadn't heard from Jackson again. She remembered spending all of her eighth grade year sad and alone. Not even her mother could cheer her up.

As she glanced up onto the stage, she could almost see Jackson as he'd looked when they were children. Back then he'd been a lanky, thin kid with hair that always fell into his eyes and thick glasses. Now, women were staring up at him, their eyes wide as he moved across the stage. He had turned out well.

Holly tried to listen to the music, but she couldn't help the memories that flooded her mind. She and Jackson playing in her living room, catching frogs out by the water, giggling until early morning until one of their parents made them go to bed. As the music ended, she snapped back to the present.

Jackson helped his band move things off of the stage as the crowd roared around her. When their instruments were cleared, the next band made their way up to the stage and began playing. Holly decided to slip her way out for a smoke. She pushed through the crowd of people until she was once more outside. Her fingers slipped out a cigarette before she popped it between her lips.

“Holly.”

She turned toward the voice. Jackson was standing off to the side of the building, a cigarette propped between his lips too. He had forgotten the cigarette as he stared at her, the long, slender tube almost falling out of his mouth. Slowly, the surprise was overtaken with a broad grin. Jackson moved quickly, wrapping Holly up in a tight hug.

“I knew it was you! I saw you inside. I knew I could never forget that face. How have you been? You still look like you did when we were kids, I mean older, but the same. I missed you.”

Holly smiled against his shoulder as he hugged her tightly. She had forgotten about his habit of babbling when he was excited. When she pulled back, she could see the glow in his eyes.

“I'm good, I missed you too. What are you doing here?” She asked.

Jackson lit the cigarette finally before doing the same to hers. “My band decided to come back home. I thought it would be nice to see the place I left.”

Jackson glanced around them as he spoke. The tall buildings of the downtown area were all lit up with lights. The older building hunkered in the darkness like sleeping gargoyles. Graffiti covered walls. Old churches sat empty, but beautiful. Holly knew that not far away, there was the water separating them from Canada. She loved her city.

When she turned back to Jackson, he was gazing at her. She felt herself blush as she looked away again. The way he'd been looking at her hadn't really been a look that she remembered getting when she was younger. Now that she was closer to him, she could see that he'd pierced his ears, tattoos wound their way down his arms. He'd put his black shirt back on, but she tried to remember if he had tattoos on his chest too.

“Are you staying for a while?” She asked.

Jackson nodded. “Yeah, I'm thinking about staying for a week or two. Get back in touch with old friends, play a few more shows. Do you still live in Farmington?”

Holly shook her head. “Nope. My parents still do, but I live a few blocks from here.”

“Cool, we should catch up tonight. We're having a little party in our hotel, you should come.”

Holly grinned. “Sure, why not?”

“Jackson! Do you want to do another set?” A blond man called from the side door.

“Hell yeah! I'll be right there.” Jackson turned back to Holly. “Let me see your cell.”

Holly dug into the pocket of her jeans. She pulled out a wide, purple covered phone before handing it to him. Jackson typed in his number quickly.

“Send me a text. We'll meet up once I'm done,” he started to walk away before he stopped to turn back to her. “You look really good, Holly.”

As he walked away, she couldn't help the grin that spread across her lips. Her eyes followed him until he disappeared through the black door of the building. She ran fingers through her hair before she ducked back inside of the building herself. The music was still loud enough to make her ears hurt as she pushed through the crowd to see him play.

When he came back onstage, the crowd once again roared his name. As the music started he caught her eye in the crowd. He winked. Holly felt a little shiver run through her body under his gaze. It was hard to imagine her geeky friend was now a heartthrob. When she'd grown up with him, he had been so shy, reserved around other people. Now, he was taking his shirt off for the crowd, soaking up the attention as he ran his fingers through his raven colored hair.

Everyone clapped hard when the set was over, Holly among them. When his band was finished with their set and they'd cleaned everything up, her phone vibrated. Jackson asked her to meet him in the parking lot.

“I'm going to the band's after party,” Holly told Jenny. “Are you coming?”

“I'll see you there,” she said with a grin.

Holly jogged from the building. When she was close to the parking lot, she slowed down to look more casual. Jackson was standing next to a dark blue bike with a helmet in his hand. When he saw Holly, his face lit up.

“Hey, did you enjoy the show?”

“It wasn't bad. Too many people for my liking, but it was fun.”

“Good,” Jackson said as he extended the helmet to her. “I'm glad you liked it. Hop on.”

Holly swallowed thickly. “I've never ridden one of these things before.”

“Live a little. Come on.”

Holly grinned. She took the helmet from him, slipping it over her head. Throwing her leg over the bike, she climbed behind him. The powerful vibrations of the engine made a shiver run through her body. Her arms tightened around Jackson's waist as they took off.

Wind rushed over her skin making goosebumps pop up on Holly's arms. By the time they reached his hotel, she was freezing. She wished that she'd worn a different shirt. Jackson saw her shivering. He slipped off the leather jacket he was wearing before draping it over her shoulders. She pulled it tighter around herself before smiling.

“Thank you.”

“No problem. Let's go have some fun.”

Jackson introduced her to his band mates. Together with Jenny and her boyfriend, they spent the night drinking and laughing. Jackson told embarrassing stories of Holly when they were growing up, until she punched him in the arm to make him be quiet. He grinned at her.

“You're such a jerk,” she said as they stood on the balcony, their smoke curling into the night air. “You don't want me to start telling stories about you.”

“I welcome it. Bring it, brat.”

Holly grinned. “No one's called me a brat in a long time you know.”

“Maybe not to your face.”

Holly squinted at him, but there was still a smile on her lips. Jackson walked up to her slowly, ran a hand through her hair. He leaned closer to her, his breath tickling her ear as he whispered.

“Are you mad at me?” He asked, his voice deep.

“Very,” was all Holly managed to get out.

“Let me make it up to you then.”

“How?” she asked breathlessly.

“Let's go to my room.”

Holly felt her heart beat hard in her chest. Jackson's hand curled around hers as he led her off of the balcony and back into the party. People were still partying just as hard, although Holly knew it was almost three. Jenny and her boyfriend were off in the corner, lips locked while music filled the suite.

Jackson ducked his way around people who tried to talk to him, telling them he'd be back later. As they wove their way through the crowd, Holly wondered what she was doing. They slipped from the suite, into the red and cream decorated hallway before they ended up in his room. Jackson locked the door behind them. The silence that reached Holly's ears was welcome, the look in his eyes even more so.

Jackson didn't waste words. His hands were eager as he ripped off her clothes piece by piece. She gasped against his neck as he leaned into hers, his teeth grazing her sensitive skin until she was pressing harder against him. He pulled her closer, moved her over to the comfort of the huge bed. Holly sunk into the sheets as he peeled off his clothes, her eyes roaming his body hungrily. They made love with a passion that she hadn't known in a very long time. The warmth of Jackson's body lulled her to sleep as she nestled her head in the crook of his arm. The only dreams she had that night, were pleasant.

Morning came too soon as the sun filtered in through the blinds. The light struck Holly's eyes making her grimace. Fighting against the urge to wake up, she tried to squeeze them tightly shut against the world. Until she remembered where she was. Her eyes flew open as she looked beside her. Jackson was fast asleep on his belly, the blanket halfway down the tanned cheeks of his butt. Holly stifled a laugh before she slipped out of the bed.

She picked her way along the carpet quietly, looking for her clothes. One by one she found them, slipped them on as she continued hunting for her shoes. When she was fully dressed, she quietly stepped into the bathroom. Her hair was a mess, so she used one of Jackson's ponytail holders to put it up into a bun. Quickly, she washed her face before she stepped out of the bathroom.

“Are you leaving already, brat?”

Holly jumped. She pressed her hand to her chest to still her wildly beating heart. As she glanced at the bed, Jackson was still lying down, but one eye was open now. He watched her move across to the nightstand to grab her wallet. She cleared her throat.

“Yeah, I've got work in a little bit,” she said as she slipped her wallet back into her jeans.

“Do you want a ride? I can grab my bike.”

Holly held up a hand. “Not necessary. I can just walk to my place, then I'll go from there. I live really close to here.”

Jackson seemed to examine her for a minute. “Okay. Will you call me later? We should catch up some more.”

“Oh, yeah. Sure,” Holly said as she scratched the back of her head. “We can do that. I'll call you or text or something.”

Jackson nodded, but she could tell by the look on his face that he didn't exactly believe her. She left the room quickly after that, walking the four block distance back to her apartment. The morning sun was enough to help with her throbbing head and she wished that she could just curl up in her bed, go back to sleep. She knew that if she missed work, her boss would have no problem firing her.
