I glance at Dad. His gaze is on his shoes, like the information being given is everyday stuff. I don't look at Fischer. Frost Moon doesn't need to know that Fischer plays into any of this, and I don't want Fischer to worry I'm going to give away his people.

The Great Supreme steps forward and hands me the letter. I take it with shaking hands.

“Hana Norfolk,” he says in a firm and superior voice. “You are officially a Greater.”
