“I agree it was all of that, but it was also fantastic and I want it all the time!” We’re interrupted by his phone ringing. He gets up and answers it - naked I might add - so I sit back and enjoy my view.

He paces as he talks and good gracious, I could watch this all day. Light hits certain spots of his body, accenting the inverted V he has. I swear I could orgasm just watching him.

He looks over and winks at me when he notices I’m checking him out. I blow him a kiss and he catches
it, smacking it on his sexy ass. All I can do is smile and continue my gawking.

“Looks like I’ve got to get out of here Tuesday,” he says with a frown as he ends his call.

“It’s okay. We have the whole day tomorrow and Monday. I don’t open on Mondays so we can stay here instead.” That makes him smile the cute, shy smile he has. I swear he’s got a million different smiles.

He throws his phone on the sofa in the room and jumps back into bed with me. He starts to poke at me, making me laugh.

“Don’t even think about it, mister! I’ll
so
win this war.” I return the tickles and soon his laughter mixes with mine. His laugh is so beautiful.

We continue messing around for what feels like ages. Eventually, he wraps me in his arms and we just cuddle. As he runs his fingers up and down my arm, I feel myself slowly drifting off to sleep.

I AWAKE TO the tasty smell of bacon. I rise and stretch, which just makes me fall back into the comfy bed. My brain tells me I’ve got to get up, though, so I rise reluctantly and wrap a robe around my naked body. Eoin is at the table, setting it up.

“Hi, chef. Sleep well?” He’s still naked! Why must he tease me like this?

“Yes, I did. I almost didn’t want to get up but I’m very happy I did now, especially with that view,” I say, wide eyed with a cheesy grin. He laughs.

“Come, eat some breakfast and let’s go see this beautiful town.” He pulls my seat out and I just tilt and turn my head to take it
all
in.

We talk about what to do for the day and I let him know that we’re totally going on a hike.

“I hope you’ve at least got some sneakers.” He shakes his head.

“We ca
n hit up North Face and get you some hikers, then.”

“You ready to lose at hiking, babe?” he asks, and I laugh so hard, I nearly lose my breath.

“You realize I’m born and raised in these mountains, right?” I reply, a
What now?
look on my face.

“I accept the challenge.” Walking up to me and kissing my forehead, he heads to the shower. I think I’ll join him.

I watch his silhouette as I quietly inch my way into the shower. I seem to take him by surprise but I think it’s just his acting coming through. We laugh and wash each other quickly, since we both want to get into the mountains and have fun.

I phone Vicki and Crystal and let them know what we’re up to for the day. Neither of them have anything on, so I invite them to join us and let them know we’re going to North Face to pick up hikers for Eoin, in case they need some, too. Of course, they both jump at the chance to spend more time with Eoin, so we agree to all meet in an hour.

When we get to the store, of course, all eyes are on Eoin. I bet that some of them don’t even realize who he is, and are just floored with his amazing attitude and looks.

I sit in one of the complimentary chairs and just watch everyone try their shoes on. It’s fun to watch them interact with one another. Derik comes and sits with me.

“How the hell did you pull this one off?” he asks, nudging me with his shoulder. I laugh.

“I haven’t got a fucking clue, man!” I answer honestly.

“You know that you need to be careful, right?”

“Why yes, thank you, Dad. I think I got this.” I wink and nudge him back.

We both laugh and head to the checkout. Eoin insists on paying but Derik interjects, saying he’ll get his and Vicki’s. Eoin smiles and winks at the sales woman. Derik and Vicki are at the back of the line, so Eoin still manages to pay for everyone’s gear.

Ah, so that’s what the wink was for! The sales woman was smart to know what he meant. That’ll be fun to explain to Derik.

I laugh the thought off. We head to the Bear Lake trail head and begin our journey.

As we head up the trail, Eoin grabs my hand.

“Let’s just take in the beautiful scenery,” he says and kisses my cheek. He makes me melt and I love it.

“Okay, that sweet kiss sealed the deal,” I reply with a wink, smiling.

The air is so fresh and clean. I inhale deeply and catch the scent of lilacs. It’s perfect 65 degree weather. Crystal comes up behind me and says she’s not feeling well.

“I’m going to try and get some more rest before dinner tonight.”

“So you’re going to head back?” I ask with a frown.

“I just don’t feel right. I’m probably just tired from the flight but I’ll definitely be there for dinner, dude! Just let me know what restaurant you guys pick.” She gives me a hug and says bye to everyone else.

Eoin gives her a huge hug and I can see the crazy grin on her face. They say goodbye again and Eoin comes back up to me, planting a kiss on my cheek.

“Are we ready?” he asks. We all agree and start off on our hike.

Vicki and Derik are hand-in-hand ahead of us. I pull Eoin to me and whisper in his ear that we’re taking a detour so I can show him a beautiful field I know that is filled with wild flowers. He nods in agreement and we take the small trail to the left.

As we venture on, I notice a doe and her babies. I stop him and point. He smiles ear-to-ear in turn which makes me kiss the hand he has twined with mine. He looks at me and pulls me into a beautiful kiss that makes my knees weak.

Grabbing my waist, he holds me in place. God, can he be any more perfect?

We continue along, trying not to scare the deer. As we come through the brush, he literally gasps at the site before us.

“Wow! No words can describe what I see. This is amazing,” he says. He turns to me with a perfect genuine smile and places his hand on my face. He says softly, “Thank you so much for this. It’s almost as beautiful as you are.”

“You’re being sweet. I’m just glad to show you more of this beautiful world.” I’m about to take him right there but he pulls me into the meadow.

Looking around at the majestic view, I notice he still has that enigmatic smile on his face that makes my cheeks hurt. I’m smiling like crazy, too.

The gorgeous mountains tower before us and there are flowers everywhere. We also see more wildlife - elk this time, standing there, their horns glorious in the
midday sun. I’m worried we may scare them, but they seem content to stay and graze.

I grab Eoin and pull him into me. I look into his hypnotic eyes as I run my hand along his perfect face and down his abdomen, toying with the button on his jeans. I peek at him through my lashes and notice he’s on the same wave length as me. We embrace in a passionate kiss.

He brushes his fingers down my cheek and says, “You’ve brought me to a place I never want to leave. I need to show you my home state now, too.” He has the most perfect gleam in his eye. He means it, too.

I’ve never been to Louisiana. Just the thought makes me giddy with passion and a silly smile spreads across my face. He wants to show me his home, as I have him. I can’t help but already being looking forward to it.

“I’d love to do that when you’ve got the time. Bourbon Street seems like great fun.”

“You have no idea, Lea.”

“We’ll have loads of fun and some great bourbon.” He sure does love his bourbon - luckily, I enjoy it, too.

He takes me deeper into the meadow. Once he finds the perfect spot, he drops down gracefully, stretching his body into a long lean line. He pulls me down to lay beside him. Big puffy clouds float above us and we just take it all in.

Turning on my side, I ask, “Why me? Why in the world are you laying with me, of all people?”

“You’ve got a great spirit about you. When I saw you, I just felt this pull. Those gorgeous eyes, the way
you looked at me... You’ve got an aura that emits this electricity I want.” The look in his eyes is so… I’m at a loss for words.

“Well, before I met you, I was in awe of you, Eoin. I still am, as are all the women who’re lucky enough to meet you. That’s why I’m so amazed that you’ve connected with me like this. You’ve got to have had the same feeling with at least some of the ladies you’ve met?” I question.

“You, chef, aren’t just one in a million! You’re one of a kind! I love it.”

I have nothing to say. I grab his face and kiss him deeply. Climbing on top of him, I pull his shirt up and kiss him from the waist band of his jeans to his collarbones. As I nibble on his neck, his hands slide under my shirt. He goes to undo my bra…

“Lea! Where are ya?” Vicki calls, her Australian accent ringing through the meadow. As her and Derik come into view, I look down at Eoin and we both laugh. I go to stand and he pulls me back down for a kiss.

“Later,” he says and pecks me again. We both stand as they approach us.

“Trying to get freaky in the meadow, Lea?” Vicki asks. I’m now bright red.

I clear my throat before saying, “Just enjoying the view, thanks.” She winks at me and we head back to the trail to get to Bear Lake. I’d forgotten how stunning the view was here. All the columbines and yellow lotus flowers…
breath taking!

We all take the trail around the lake, stopping occasionally to take photos and simply enjoy the view. I
notice it’s starting to get late and we should probably head back and get back to Estes for some dinner.

On our way back down the half mile trailhead, I trail behind with Vicki, as Derik and Eoin power on ahead, talking about various things.

“So, how’s he in the sack?” Vicki asks with a huge grin and we both burst out laughing.

“What do you think? Of course he’s amazing, ya loon.”

“How in the hell did you manage to make your and every other woman’s dream come true? I mean, I know the obvious - you’re gorgeous, lover. It’s just so fucking crazy!” I nudge her and yet again blush. I explain to her what he said in the meadow and that I’m still stumped, too, even after that.

“I guess I just connect with him. I mean, it’s crazy that this is happening but God damn, I love it, too!” I say shaking my head.

“Just be careful like Derik told you. I know it’s silly of me to say. We all know he’s an amazing guy but he
is
famous.” She kisses my cheek as we reach the car.

“I love you so much. I could so start dancing like an idiot over this but I’ll wait ‘til he leaves. We’ll have a girl’s night and I’ll tell you all the details.” I give her a huge hug and we all get in the car to head out.

The sunset’s absolutely amazing on our way back, so, of course, we pull over to take in some of the beauty of it.

I
so
love how happy and content Eoin looks in the mountains. He reminds me of myself. There’s something about them that just makes you feel at one with nature… more so than anything I’ve ever seen.

Eoin comes up to me and gives me this hug that’s just sweet and sensual at the same time… He’s so unnerving but in such a great way.

We pull into Estes and I tell them that they get to pick the restaurant and order my meal this time. I see smiles across the board and it makes me beam.

We end up at a small diner, one I know. I say nothing, knowing it’s great and that Derik and Crystal are very well familiar with it as well.

As we sit, I toy with Eoin, playing with his feet and nudging him with my shoulder. He orders me French toast with two eggs over easy and
bacon
! He orders the same for himself but gets pancakes, too.

“Breakfast for dinner?” he questions, like he’s asking for my approval.

“The best kind of dinner,” I reply with a smile. The doors to the diner open and Crystal walks in, plonking herself down next to me. Vicki must have called her while I was busy giving Eoin goo-goo eyes.

“How was the hike?” she asks but before I can get a word out, Vicki jumps in.

“Good. Lea tried to get her rocks off in a meadow but we interrupted her and Eoin.” For a minute there’s an awkward silence, then we all burst out laughing.

“Thanks, Vicki. You sure know how to have a nice dinner conversation.” I stick my tongue out at her and she returns it.

“Crystal, do you feel better?” Eoin politely asks, making me feel like a jerk for not asking when she sat down.

“Much better, Eoin. Thank you for asking,” she replies, emphasizing the last part as she looks at me.
