As I think more, I realize this amazing weekend is coming to an end and I’m saddened it’s over.

In the car ride to the airport, I thank him for the best vacation of my life. He places a hand on either side of my face and looks into my eyes.

“I want to see you again. Is that possible?”
Um, yeah!
I stare back at him, wondering what the hell I’ve done to deserve this. I see want in his eyes.

“How will we do that?” I ask. “You’re so busy and I’ve got a restaurant to run.” I find myself breathless. Who wouldn’t be, after a question like that?

“I’ll come see you in Colorado and you can show me around,” he replies, kissing first my lips and then my cheek, slowly making his way down past me chin to my neck.

“Oh, that sounds great! Please, do come see me!” I breathe.

“It might not be for a couple of weeks, but I promise I will, Chef McKenzie.”

We’re still all over each other when the car arrives at the airport. The paparazzi are everywhere, of course. He opens my door for me and walks me to my terminal.

“This isn’t goodbye, Lea,” Eoin says, his eyes soft on my face. “This is seeing you soon.” He embraces me in a kiss so charged with passion I nearly faint.

“Not goodbye,” I agree. “I’ll miss you.”

“Me, too,” he replies. “Here’s my personal number. Don’t be a stranger. I’ll always respond to you.” He looks into my eyes with a sensual force that says I’m his. But I’m not...
Am I?

“I’ll keep in touch, I promise!” I say.

“Good. Until next time, beautiful,” Eoin replies. Kissing me again, he lifts me off the ground and hugs me with a death grip. “See you soon.” He winks and I watch him walk away. He looks back a few times, eventually turning to walk backwards just before he rounds the corner.

I let out a huge breath and sink to the floor, my knees weak. What an incredible past few days! I already can’t wait until the day I get to see him again.

My phone vibrates, signaling a text. It’s from Eoin!

* Until next time, my gorgeous chef. I miss you already. Eoin. *

I hit reply.

*
Yes! I look forward to touching… and savouring you soon, Eoin. *

As I board my plane, I can’t help but think about the mess that awaits me. Just the thought makes me smile broadly. Having found my seat, I sit back and let out a deep breath. I
so
want to sleep but with all that is going through my head, it’s impossible!

I start to go over everything again, from the day I got his autograph and that delicious look he gave me… He stared into my eyes as if he were trying to see into my soul.

I cannot stop smiling as I go over the awesome time I had. Suddenly, a hand touches my shoulder. I look up and it’s Eoin! What the hell?

“What are you doing here?” I say, as I turn to look at him.

“I thought it would be fun to have you show me around your home state now rather than later,” he says with a wickedly cute smile. I can’t help but smile back at him and wink.

“Oh, I think I can manage that, Mr. Skye.” I look over at the flight attendants, who all look like deer in the headlights, their jaws dropped. Eoin takes the empty seat next to me, grabs my hand and gives me a sweet kiss on my knuckles.

“Did you really think I’d let you leave so quickly from my life?” he asks, with a genuine look on his face.

Oh, my God, my heart feels like it’s going to burst out of my chest!

“I wasn’t sure what to think, to be honest. I mean, you’re a famous sex pot so why would you like little, simple me?” He laughs, shakes his head and kisses my cheek.

“We’re all people. No one person is better than another. Besides, you caught me in your web, remember?” A sly smirk plays at his lips. I just nod in agreement.

“How is someone so busy able to take time off?” I ask him.

“I was due for a vacation,” he replies. Yes, he sure the hell was! The man is constantly doing for others, from his great work with his foundation to looking like a fox in a photo shoot.

“Do you know what the Mile High Club is-” I’m woken abruptly by turbulence.

Wow!
Really?
It’s s
o
not fair that was a dream. I must’ve dozed off while I was lost in my thoughts.
Yes,
I know what the Mile High Club was and I would’ve loved for that fantasy to come true for the first time with Eoin! Who the hell wouldn’t, honestly?

After I’ve collected my luggage, I hail a cab and head home. As I unlock my door, I’m greeted excitedly by my dog, as well as my cats. I set my things down and head for the bathroom. I need to relax and get my head right.

After my shower, I grab a raspberry beer out of the fridge and plop down on the couch. Flipping through the channels, I come across my favorite vampire show.

As I sit and watch Eoin play his sexy, constantly smirking character, I have to bite the inside of my cheek to hide my smile. The female protagonist comes onscreen and I snigger to myself.

Is it wrong to be so damn happy he quit that girl before I had the honor of meeting him? I laugh to myself as I lie down and find myself drifting off to sleep.

AS I GET into my car to head to work the next morning, I begin to worry about what’s going to happen now that the photos have surfaced. There was about a billion of them on the ‘net when I did a quick Google search this morning. What questions are my employees going to ask?

In that moment, I decide to let them know I will not tolerate any nosing into my personal life and will fire anyone who asks. Oh, that’s harsh. On second thought, maybe I’ll just send them home for the day.

I walk into Conrad’s and instantly Vicki, my front of house manager, rushes over.

“What the hell happened while you were away?” She is followed by the rest of the front-of-house staff who all talk over the top of each other excitedly.

“Guys, we’re at work so why don’t you get to it!” I reply, putting my hands up in an unmistakable
stop
gesture. I head into the kitchen and all eyes are on me, so I just give them the
work
look and they continue prep for the day.

I head over to my office, slamming my door and sit down on my chair. I put my head into my hands and slowly compose myself. After a few moments, I head out to delegate tasks. Lunch runs smoothly as usual and we head straight into dinner service.

I hate how much I miss Eoin! Why do I feel like this when I know what happened was just in the moment? I hurriedly push the thoughts to the back of my mind and switch to chef mode. This rest of the week is going to be nuts as it is.

Thursday comes and goes with stealth. My first few days back at work are great, which helps distract me from my crazy thoughts of a wild few days with the most beautiful man on the planet.

On Friday, we’re short staffed so I’ve got to run the front-of-house for a few hours
. Oh, well. At least I’ll have an easy job for once,
I think, laughing.

After the dinner service kicks in and I can see we’re rocking it, I decide to go and check on the line. I notice that one of my new guys thinks it’s okay to precook food, so I take him into my office to have a talk.

I’m in the middle of telling him that we don’t precook here when I hear commotion coming from the dining area.
Lord, what now?

I leave my office and round the corner, running straight into a hurriedly-formed group who are screaming at the top of their lungs.
Oh my goodness. No way!

Eoin pushes his way through the crowd and comes towards me, a hunger in his eyes that nearly drops me where I stand. He whisks me up into his arms and gives me a passionate kiss. I wrap my arms around him and put my hands into his hair, returning his passion.

His kiss seems shorter than before, but feels just as lovely. He sets me down and kisses my cheek, smiling.

“Hi,” he says sweetly.

“Hello, Eoin,” I reply with a huge grin.

“Show me this beautiful restaurant of yours, Chef Lea.” That smile is so infectious. I grab his hand and pull him behind me, telling him to keep up. He lets out a cute laugh.

After I show him the Viking industrial ranges on the line, I lead him to my office. He closes the door behind him, locking it.
Oh, boy!

“This is an amazing restaurant you have, chef,” he says with a devilish look that almost makes me rip my clothes off and take him right now on the leather couch.

“Not as amazing as you, Eoin,” I reply. “Why are you here so soon?” I really do want to hear this. I’d thought it was going to be a while before I saw him again.

He walks up to me and puts his hands on my face.

“I missed you. Isn’t it okay that I’ve come so soon?” he asks, a pout comes across his sexy, lush bottom lip. I want to bite, lick and suck on it.

“I’m very pleased to see you,” I reply. “I didn’t mean it that way.” Licking my bottom lip, he inches closer to me and plays with the top button on my chef coat. He unbuttons it slowly and makes quick work of the rest until my coat hangs open.

“Can I have you here, right now, in your office?” he asks.
Fuck!
Does he really have to ask?

I rip my jacket off and tackle him onto the couch. I sit him up and pull his simple black t-shirt over his head. I lean forward and trace a line of kisses from his shoulders to his neck.

He stops me. Looking into my eyes, he lays me back and kisses from my temple to my neck and then down to my chest. He pulls my bra up over my breast and seductively licks and sucks my nipple.

“You truly are a delicious woman. I could do this to you all day,” he breathes.

“I have no problem with that, although, I do have the dinner service in 30 minutes. Take your pants off,” I demand. He quickly rips them off, leaving him naked… In my office…

I follow suit, standing up and tearing all of my clothes off while he watches. It’s like he’s already in me with that sexy-as-fuck look on his perfect stubbly face!

“Come here, baby,” he says, calling me to him with his long index finger.

I inch forward and he grabs my hips, pulling me on top of him. His erection hot between my legs, I lean into him and kiss him ever so softly. The groan that comes from his throat hits me deep inside. Hands on my
ass, he reaches around and slips two fingers inside of me, making me melt into putty.

“You’re so wet, baby,” he moans, pulling out his fingers and sticking them in his mouth. “You taste as good as you look, chef. I’m going to fuck you now. Don’t move.”

With that, he holds me in place and thrusts inside me so hard, I nearly come in that moment. He starts up a punishing rhythm, never losing pace as he pounds me.
God damn!

I look into his eyes and feel myself about to explode all over him.

“I want you to come with me, baby. You’d better be ready because I’m going to fill you up.” All I can muster is a moan and a nod in agreement. He picks up the pace and I let go, legs shaking and chest heaving for breath.

“Ahhh, fuck yes!” he yells. I fall onto his chest, both of us breathing heavily. Looking up, I see I’ve got ten minutes to get service started, so I sit up and reluctantly pull myself away from his beautiful self. I walk into the restroom in my office and fix myself. Looking over, I see my extra chef coat and smile.

“Here,” I say, throwing the coat at him. “Ready to see how a kitchen runs?”

“Lead the way, baby,” he replies with a sexy wink and a smile that kills me.

I lead him into the kitchen and over to the garnish station, which is next to mine. I give him straight-forward directions on which garnishes go with each dish and he watches my every move, not my face, so I have faith he can pull this simple station off.

Teasing him, Jessie says, “Welcome to the big leagues. She’s a lot different in the kitchen so don’t fuck up.” The whole kitchen laughs and I assure Eoin he has this down.

As the orders come in, I occasionally look over at him to make sure he’s okay. Damn! He’s doing splendidly - he can even use a knife like a pro. Is there anything he’s not good at?

The dinner service goes as smooth as always and we clink our celebratory shots of bourbon in our salute to a good service.

I watch him with my staff as I finish paperwork and orders for the next day. He has every one of them in the palm of his hand. I smile and finish up. As I do, Eoin comes into my office and sits down.

“Tired?” I ask.

“You’re enjoying this, aren’t you?”
