A spike of pure desire filled me. I needed more of her but if I had to I would wait over a year just to touch every inch of her. It’s what a real man would do if he respected a woman as the queen she was. But I knew it wouldn’t take that long. I had already claimed her. It was the unspoken bond that ignited fusing us together. She didn't know how deep this shit could get between us but I was ready to show her that there was another side to me. It was a side most people that knew me would never get to see in this lifetime.

Daisy’s mouth flowered under mine. I breathed a sigh of relief at her absolute welcome and kissed her deeper, clutching the back of her dress with my fists and pulling her against me. In turn, she wrapped her arms around my waist and tilted her head back, offering even more of her lips. I dived back into the sweet heat of her mouth. Her velvet tongue stroked against mine. Our dancing in the empty restaurant had been slightly awkward, but this moment silenced all insecurities that may have risen.

Where I had been cautious on the dance floor, I now took full possession. She followed my every move, conforming to me like a leaf in the wind. I repositioned her mouth for optimal penetration, brushing a hand down her spine and settling a palm against the small of her back to meld there together. Her lips were like pillows to my mine and her tongue made me want to find a room right then. I grabbed the back of her head, running my fingers through her soft curly hair. A gush of wind blew over me, awakening me to her. She was a breath of fresh air.

I pressed against her belly, urgent and hot. I worried she would back away. Instead, she held me tighter and caressed her way up my shoulders as though memorizing my every muscle. Her fingers made their way up to my hair. I wore it too short so her fingers sunk into it, but she curled them against my scalp almost like a silent plea for me to come even closer. No way I was turning that down.

The kiss turned carnal. I stopped thinking as heat sizzled through my body and need took over. With our mouths still crushed together, I lifted her against me. Even in heels, she was comparatively petite against my large stature. I lifted her up with the ease of a man who worked out hard seven days a week. I pressed our chests together; her head bending down to pleasantly kiss the top of my forehead. Then my phone buzzed crazily in my pocket. If it weren’t for the fact that I just changed the game tonight, I wouldn’t have answered it.

“Hang on baby,” I said placing her down on the floor, escorting her back to the table. “Waiter, please get my lady here any dessert she wants and order me one as well. Excuse me baby. I have to take this.”

“Handle your business, baby,” she said like the phone call didn’t even bother her. I liked that shit. That meant she supported a nigga one hundred percent.

I stepped to the patio doors overlooking the Chicago River, gazing back to make sure Daisy was straight over at the table before I answered the call. “Yeah.”

“Quince, what’s up with you brother?” Mata Amigos asked.

“Mata, what’s good with you?”

“You tell me, sir. You haven’t been copping work lately brother. You broke or what?” I could tell by the inflection in his voice that he was annoyed as shit.

“I’m not looking to work right now. I’m laying low for a little while, taking a break if you will homie,” I lied.

“A break? Where they take breaks at brother? Nobody takes breaks when you’re getting money motherfucka,” he paused as the phone call grew silent for a second. “Are you serious?”

“Man, I gotta step back for a minute. You know how it is.” I straightened my tie even though I knew he couldn’t see it. “When I get on, I’ll let you know.”

“Ah, Quince. You are becoming bad for business. We have been doing business for too long for you to just bail out on me like this now. Have I not been good to you brother?”

“Real good, Mata. Real good.” My attention turned towards Daisy enjoying a white dessert in a wine glass. “But there’s nothing I can do right now.”

“What the fuck you doing out there? Fucking up your money or something? Chicago can’t go through a drought. Not under my watch.” Mata grew angrier.

“So supply your other spots with more work then. You were getting along well long before I came along homie. I just can’t fuck with it right now,” I assured him.

The phone grew silent once again. I could tell he was heated from the puffing and aggravation noises he sent through the phone. There was nothing I could do for Mata. Yeah, he put Montana and me on back in the day but it was a new day and with that came new product.

Mata was beating us out charging us too much for the product and every year he would go up a percentage. There was no way we were going to reach the status we deserved after putting in all the work we did. He knew what he was doing. His goal was to keep us stagnant and complacent so we wouldn't go anywhere else. So for that he would have to suffer through his pockets the same we did.

“When you get right, Quince, you fucking call me. You got that? You fucking call me mane.”

“I got you.” I hung up without waiting for his response.

Unscathed by the contents of the phone call I headed back into the restaurant. She sat there wiggling a little in her seat in excitement at the wonderful looking dessert in her glass. She spooned a little bit of it from her glass holding it out for me to get a taste as I straightened my suit jacket taking a seat and welcoming her feeding.

“You okay?” she asked looking concerned.

“Yeah. I’m excellent,” I responded. “Oh now that shit is bangin’.”

“Yeah, I know right. It’s a cherry cheesecake shooter. It literally melts in your mouth.”

“I can think of something better that would melt in my mouth,” I nodded giving the hint back to our hot and heavy dance session.

“Quince, I’ve gotta tell you something.” Her eyes turned down inside of her glass turning her mood solemn.

“Ah shit. Don’t tell me nothing crazy like you’re a lesbian or some shit.” I stopped to think. “Actually that wouldn’t really be so bad, hell, not as long as I can join.”

“Are you serious?”

“Huh? Naw, naw. But um, what’s up though?” I asked slipping some cheesecake in my mouth.

“I’ve never actually been with…with a man before.” Her eyes darted up to mine instantly.

“Oh okay, so you do like girls then?” I asked feeling confused.

“Ugh, what’s with you and the whole lesbian thing? You’re such a damn freak.” Daisy shook her head but cracked a smile alerting me that she wasn’t as mad as I initially thought. “No Quince. I’m mean, I’ve never been with anyone. Ever. At all. In bed.”

“Oh. OH!” I felt slow as hell that it took me a while to get that thought registered in my head. "Damn, for real? How old are you again?”

“I’ll be 23 on New Year’s Day. Why? Is it such a crime that a grown woman has never been with a man before? Why do I have to be ostracized by the community just because I choose to save myself for the right person?” Her eyebrows curled over in frustration.

“Naw shorty. There ain’t nothing wrong with that shit at all. In fact it don’t do shit but makes me want you more. You’re pure, uncut. I like that shit,” I affirmed with the straightest face possible to let her know that I was serious. That meant I could mold her to me and me only. “You should actually be proud of that. Not many women in this world can say that at your age.”

“I am.” Daisy fiddled with her dessert uninterested in eating it anymore.

“So what do you say we get out of here?” I asked livening up the mood again.

“What did you have in mind?”

“Spend the night with me, Daisy.”

“Spend the night with you? Damn you sure work fast don’t you? No beating around the bush for you is there?” She shook her head in disbelief.

“Spend it with me under the stars,” I sniggered. “Just come on. You’ll see.”

We hit the expressway for a short ride down Lake Shore Drive. Every so often I looked over at her facial expression noticing the worried look on her face. I couldn’t do shit but laugh at her. She was really concerned with my intentions with her. Hell, if given the chance I would definitely put the works on her and make her forget all about her morals and anxieties. But I had something a little more special than that in store for her. Pulling up in front of the building, I exited the car then opened her door allowing her to exit with a baffled glare.

“What are we doing here, Quince? It’s after midnight.”

“I told you.”

We headed up the stairs into the building. The security guard directed us down the hall where we were to go. I held her hand the entire way while she gazed at the walls admiring all of the great information. She wanted to stop and marvel at it but it was too late at night for that and we were only able to visit one section of the building. Once at the room, about twenty other people, adults and kids, greeted us together.

“Look up,” I whispered pointing to the ceiling watching the smile erupt from her lips.

“Oh my gosh. It’s so beautiful in here, Quince,” Daisy gasped at the large sphere shaped ceiling adorned with the beauty of the night sky.

“Welcome to the sleepover at the Planetarium.” A sly grin spread across my face. “So I’m gonna ask you again. Will you spend the night with me under the stars?”

“This is so amazing. This has all been too much, Quince,” she giggled. “Yes, I’ll spend the night with you.”

“Here are some sleeping bags guys. Find an empty spot and enjoy,” the guest services lady handed us two sleeping bags and welcomed us into the oversized room.

“It’s actually like we’re outside under the stars. The ceiling and walls look so real in here. And, they move,” she admired as she sat down on the sleeping bag I laid down for her. “This is so remarkable, Quince. I love it.”

I kissed her forehead before taking a seat next to her pulling her close, holding her in my arms as we gazed at the galaxy. “I thought you’d like this.”

Chapter 12

Daisy

The Morning After

The next morning Quince and I had breakfast at the nearby diner on State and Wabash. It was a quaint little spot but served the best pancakes and cheese eggs. When we were done he drove us back to the bane existence of our homes. Sitting in the car out front, we looked at each other like we weren't ready for the fun to end.

I was beginning to feel like I had known him all of my life even though we had only been kicking it for a few days. Quince flicked from his rap CD to the FM allowing WGCI to play. Ciara came through the speakers softly in the background as he turned the radio down, almost all the way down. I danced a bit in my seat. I loved that song.

…I can't lie, I won't lie, it's amazing

My faces, the places, you're taking me

Baby take your time now, there's no need to rush

We can go another round, if that's what you want

Cause tonight is going down, yeah you know it's going down

We in the zone now, don't stop

You can keep your hands on me, touch me right there, rock my body

I can't keep my hands off you, your body is my party

I'm doing this little dance for you

You got me so excited

Now it's just me on you

Your body's my party, let's get it started…

His hand made it’s way to the back of my head pulling me in for the sweetest kiss. It didn’t matter what either of our breaths smelled like even though they were both still sweet from the syrup of breakfast. No matter what I said apart of me wanted him to take me right there in the car. I wanted him to be the special man to take the purest part of me. Even if he turned out to be the wrong guy, I would always treasure the right things he did to make me want to give him the best of me.

“Come here. Don’t be shy. I don’t bite…unless you want me to,” Quince teased as he ran his fingers up my legs towards my opening and slid two fingers inside of my already drenched panties making my clit pulsate.

“I…I don’t think we should be doing this, Quince. You should probably stop,” my lips spoke the words but my legs gradually opened with every flick of the tips of his fingers.

“Tell me to stop then,” Quince whispered leaning over further towards my seat.

“I…I…”

“Say it. Tell me to stop Daisy.”

I couldn’t do it. I was sitting in his Benz getting my clit played with like a fiddle and I couldn’t speak a single word to tell him not to do it. His fingers felt damn better than the vibrator I kept hidden in my nightstand. They were warm and inviting. They knew every inch of my clit to hit to make my body convulse and shake like none other. I had never allowed a man to touch me like this. It was another way I knew he was the one.

“Tell me to stop or tell me to taste it, Daisy.” Quince leaned over rubbing his lips gently against my tits tickling them soothingly. “What do you want me to do, baby?”

“Taste it,” I requested, yearning to feel the wetness of his tongue.

I reached out grabbing his arm and pulled him closer. If he didn’t want it he sure didn’t pull away as I began nibbling on his neck hard and wild. He liked it rough it seemed. Quince so aggressively took charge after that. He didn’t strike me as the type to let a female run the mood anyway. His dick was already erect when I grabbed it stroking for dear life trying to get that long thick motherfucka out of his pants.
