½ cup Cool Whip Free, frozen

1 can diet orange soda

1 flexy straw

Directions

Pour soda into a glass. Top off glass with ½ scoop of the Cool Whip. Insert straw and enjoy!

HG Tip:
About an hour before preparing this drink, put a glass mug in the freezer for a frosty float!

This is sooooo much like an Oreo McFlurry from McDonald's, but it has a tiny fraction of the calories!

Ingredients

5 ounces light vanilla soymilk

¼ cup fat-free vanilla ice cream

½ pack of 100 Calorie Packs Oreo Thin Crisps
or
¾ sheet (3 crackers) chocolate graham crackers

1 teaspoon Coffee-mate Fat Free French Vanilla powdered creamer, dissolved in 1 ounce warm water

2 no-calorie sweetener packets

5 to 8 ice cubes
or
1 cup crushed ice

Optional: Fat Free Reddi-wip

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds (until mixed thoroughly). Pour into a tall glass and enjoy. Mmmmmm!

super-duper cocoa-rific coffee malt

 

PER SERVING (entire recipe): 69 calories, 1g fat, 62mg sodium, 11g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 4g sugars, 2g protein

 

This is one of my most popular coffee treats. It's so easy to make (no blender required) and it's really decadent and fun. The cocoa and the malted milk powder taste especially great together. It's hard to believe this huge, creamy, sweet drink has less than 70 calories!

Ingredients

¼ cup light vanilla soymilk

1 tablespoon fat-free non-dairy liquid creamer

2 teaspoons malted milk powder

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon instant coffee

3 no-calorie sweetener packets

5 to 8 ice cubes
or
1 cup crushed ice

Directions

Put all dry ingredients in a tall glass. Add 2 ounces of hot water and stir until ingredients have completely dissolved. Add ice and 5 ounces of cold water. Top off with soymilk and creamer, and give it a stir. AWESOME!
