Everyone else began the rehabilitation process from years of slavery and misery. No longer did anyone have to worry about going hungry or being tortured. There was crying, sadness, rejoicing and mourning but hardly fear except for fear of another invasion.

Luckily, Gwork was taking care of that. He finally asked his fellow Zeta’s to come to Earth and put a protective barrier of around the planet just in case any more Draconan ships did show up. None did for a long time.

Jonathan stayed with Sarah providing her with comfort and support while she mourned the death of her father. It was true that he was taking orders from the Shadowgate Society but Jonathan realized the General was only protecting himself and his daughter, even though it wasn't the right choice and he could have resisted. But that would've made it worse.

Finally, the restoration process of the major cities and towns began across the globe. This phase was going to take a long time. The Greys promised to stay and protect them while they restored the planet back to its beauty to begin the true evolutionary path of spirit and technology.

During this time Justin and Jonathan were arguing over what to do about his father who was being watched over carefully.

The team was back at their old warehouse in the upstairs living area. Sarah and Peter were with them as well.

“I don't think it's a good idea to keep him here
, Justin,” Jonathan suggested.

“What? Why? He may be a criminal but he's still my father,” argued Justin.

“What if he wakes up and starts creating havoc again?” Sarah asked Justin.

“Well what do you suggest we do with him? Leave him on a planet where he can't survive?” he asked me.

“We'll take him back to Mirach and keep him under close observation with the tightest security possible. That's my recommendation,” Jonathan replied.

“What if I say no?” Justin asked.

“I'm going to have to go with Jonathan on this one, Justin,” Peter added.

Gait
thought about it for a minute then sighed and said, “Fine. At least if he tries to escape there he has less of a chance of succeeding.”

“You made the right call. The Andromedans will keep an eye on him,” Jonathan reassured him, putting his hand on his friend’s shoulder.

“What about the Shadowgate Society? Any trace of them?” Gait asked.

“I’m afraid not,” said Stone. “
It’s like they’ve disappeared off the face of the planet.”

“We’ll find them soon enough,” Wolf reassured them. “At least they can’t harm humanity anymore.”

“By the way, I've come to a decision. Obviously I can't do anything to take away my powers. They're permanent. But after all that we've been through and all that I've done to help, I realized that I can use these powers to help people if need be. So it's time everyone can call me by a name they can trust when they need me,” said Justin.

“Hey that's great! Have you come up with a name yet?” Jonathan asked.

“Firegait,” he smiled.

The following day, they attended a ceremony being held on Alcatraz Island, which was being turned into a dedicated research facility to help out with the reconstruction of California, thanks to Justin and Gait Industries. It was to commemorate the people's resolve to stand up and fight back against the elite's attempt to enslave them. It was also to thank Jonathan for coming to Earth in its darkest hour.

“Today we celebrate those who died to restore our freedoms across the globe. We celebrate with those who are still with us and made every effort to put an end to the Elite's rule over us. Never before have people from all walks of life have joined together to make a significant change in our planet’s history,” Colonel Caldwell said as he stood at the podium in front of the microphone holding a silver plaque that had the head of a wolf engraved into it with the name Silverwolf written underneath.

“But there is one man we can be thankful for. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have had the courage to stand up and fight. He came to us from a different planet, at first, just to observe and not interfere. Then, when things turned from bad to worse, he took it upon himself to step in and give us hope and the will power to resist.

“Some of us know him as Jonathan Wolf but the rest of us have come to know him and thank him as Silverwolf,” Caldwell announced.

The crowd erupted with a loud applause as Jonathan kissed Sarah then left her side to join the Colonel who joined the crowd in celebration.

Epilogue

Hidden somewhere underneath the vast exotic complex structure of the planet Mir
ach, two guards equipped with plasma rifles and wearing traditional guard uniforms, stood at either end of a long stretched sliding door that led into a room with a large glass tank filled with water.

Inside the tank was the body of Robert Gait. He was stripped down to his boxer shorts and had a breathing apparatus wrapped around his face, which was barely visible above the water line. He wasn't moving but he was definitely breathing. His vital signs were relatively weak
and his sedation kept him in a catatonic state.

There were cameras in the room keeping an eye on him at all times, in case his body should overcome the liquid that was being fed into him to keep him from moving.

The guards were told to never leave him alone. He was dangerous, as the events on Earth proved. He would have defeated Silverwolf had it not been for his son Justin, who stepped in at the last minute to stop him.

When the doors to the room opened, an Andromeda council member who had been assigned to watch over him entered and walked over to the tank. In front of the tank
was a holographic display of the patient’s vital signs and equipment status. He touched the display to see if there had been any change.

There was none.

He then took out his hand-held digital pad and began to take notes on it with his fingers. Then he left the room leaving the guards alone once again. That's when, for the first time since his defeat, Robert's eyes popped open and a sudden but brief jolt of electricity swirled inside of them.
