Snuggling in closer to his body heat, Anna rested her cheek against Mitch’s heart, listening to the soft beat lulling her to sleep. Her eyelids were heavy and she let her lashes fall against her cheeks. If this was a prison sentence, she planned on serving life, because she couldn’t picture herself anywhere else. Anna said so aloud.

“That’s a good thing,” Elliott murmured, his breath hot against the back of her neck. “We definitely aren’t letting you go for good behavior.”

“You’ve imprisoned us, Ginger—not the other way around.”

“Then I guess I’ll be throwing away the key,” Anna said softly, right before drifting off to sleep.

Epilogue

“So, I hear that we have effectively managed to pull off another match,” Cyn said, popping a piece of popcorn into her mouth. Chewing, she couldn’t help but smile. “Shea’s going to love the success ratio.”

“Can we count Anna, Elliott, and Mitch as a match?” Elise asked, settling back against the couch and pulling her fuzzy-socked feet underneath her. She pushed her black-rimmed glasses higher up her nose. “Technically, she deleted her profile.”

“Ah, but not before Elliott made contact,” Cyn announced, reaching down to slip off her high heels. Grabbing the bowl of popcorn that sat in the middle of the couch between them, she placed it in her lap, not caring if her skirt ran up a little higher. She wanted Brody to catch sight of the new garter belt she had bought online. “So that means a win for us.”

“You’re about to lose,” Russ Davidson said, storming into the room.

Cyn jumped, knocking the bowl of popcorn on the floor. She hastily pulled her skirt down, shooting daggers at Brody and Cooper with her eyes. Brody smirked when he realized why. See if he got to touch the lacy black silk, Cyn thought, sitting on the couch so that she could cross her legs. Maybe she would make him suffer by forcing him to watch Cooper take it off with his teeth.

“Lose what?” Elise asked. “And why are you so upset?”

“Emma has a profile on your site,” Cameron said, following his brother into Elise’s living room. “You need to delete it.”

“She can’t do that, Cam,” Dakota informed them. “You know that’s against their policy. Besides, I thought you didn’t care what Emma did.”

“Emma is free to date whoever the hell she wants to,” Russ said, standing with his fists on his hips. “But she’s not getting involved in a ménage—especially one with two strange men that she knows nothing about!”

“Wait a second,” Cyn said. “Is that your problem? You don’t think Emma could handle a ménage? Russ, that’s what the town of Triple is based on. I’m sure Emma knows what she wants and what she doesn’t want.”

“Cyn, stay out of this,” Cooper warned, coming to sit on the edge of the couch beside her. “Russ, Dakota’s right. The girls can’t get involved with profiles on the site. All they do is monitor it to make sure people are using it in the way they intended.”

“What do you mean,
stay out of this
?” Cyn asked, thinking that maybe neither man was going to feel her new black lace garter belt. “They just came barreling through the door, asking us to do something for them. That makes it our business.”

“She’s too—innocent—for a ménage.” Russ looked over toward his brother for help. “Cam, you handle this. But if I have to hire the best damn hacker in the country to get her profile down, then that’s what I’ll do.”

Cyn watched as Russ stomped out, similar to how he came barreling in. As Cam went on to give an explanation that held little weight about why they wanted Emma’s profile deleted, Cyn glanced over to Elise. Seeing Elise’s eyes sparkle with mischief, Cyn knew her own showed the same. They had their next potential match—and a successful one at that.

From what Cyn was gathering, Russ and Cam had set Emma Whittington high on some pedestal. They felt that her having a ménage wasn’t good enough for her. Cyn couldn’t think of anything better, knowing personally what having two men in her life had done for her. She was loved and cherished, and even though there were times that she wanted to throttle them, she knew they would lay their lives down for her—just as she would do for them.

Cyn tilted her head toward the kitchen, signaling Elise that they had things to do. Quietly, they made their way out of the living room, while Cam went on complaining to their men about Emma signing up for their service. Cyn had one of her brilliant ideas that would make Shea proud. By the end of it, Emma would have Russ and Cam eating out of her hand and begging her to have a ménage with them. Maybe, just maybe, a reluctant match would turn into something more.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I currently live in the Midwest with my wonderful son and too many animals to count. I have a very supportive family, which came in handy when I decided to switch my financial career of seventeen years to writing. As most authors, I have been an avid reader all my life and have dabbled in writing since my early teens. We all have those times when reality becomes too much and we need something to lighten our hearts. The passing of my husband happened way before it should have, and I live to write the happy ending I didn’t get to have. Here’s to lightening our hearts.
