“That’s it Lisa, now we’re talking!” Amber told her and then ate the rest of that piece, picking up a bottle of wine. Lisa realized that if the ghost really was inflaming their desires, then Amber’s hard fight against her desire for sweets was going as well as her other physical desires. Her other physical desires! Lisa cried in her mind. She felt a joy push aside her fear. Amber desired her! Her hands moved, on their own, running through her hair as she sat up straighter and her chest was thrust out.
Amber wickedly smiled and picked up another piece of the pie, offering it and leaning in. They both slurped and took bites. A big dollop of filling dropped onto Amber’s breast.
“Oh let me get that,” Lisa purred and bent her head, licking the sweet cherry from her friend’s boob. She felt a thrill she had never felt. Then she raised her head and saw Amber, they both froze. Amber had a few pralines in her hand and was looking at Lisa.
Lisa could physically feel that however the ghost had been controlling her body, it had stopped. She was free from the spirit’s control and could see the surprise in Amber’s eyes. She, too, was free. After a second of staring in each other’s eyes, Amber shrugged.
“Let’s finish what was started darling,” she said and stuck the long chocolate delicacies into her mouth. Leaving half of it extended and leaned forward to Lisa. She accepted and when their lips met around the wonderful sweets Lisa felt her body surge with a different type of joy. Amber moved her hands down Lisa’s back. They slid into her skirt waist line and then up under her camisole. This tugged her shirt up baring her middle. When the cookies were gone and they broke apart Lisa was ready for anything. So was Amber seemingly.
“Are you sure Amber?” Lisa said and reached forward hesitantly to her lovely breasts. Amber arched her back into her hands and Lisa caressed them then moaned when Amber did. They felt so amazing in her hands. Then Ambers hand slid up her skirt over her thigh and she stiffened herself. She had not felt so turned on in her life and knew it was not the wine or the ghost’s right then.
It was Amber.
Years of her hidden desires were breaking free and she felt her opening of yearning become moist as Amber’s hand got closer. Lisa arched her back and took off her vest. Amber’s other hand slid up her camisole and found the catch to her bra, undoing it. Then Amber used both hands to lift Lisa’s top and bra off exposing her from the waist up. Lisa grinned and did the same to her. When they held each other their breasts were pressed together and it felt like heaven to Lisa. Both women moaned and kissed.
“Ah Lisa let’s make sure you are comfortable,” Amber said when they broke apart. Lisa was sitting lengthwise on the couch and twisted at the waist to face Amber who had knelt next to her on the floor. Amber gently arranged Lisa lying back with pillows behind her back and shoulders. Then she removed her own skirt and helped Lisa out of hers.
“I have always known you are beautiful girl but damn, you take my breath away,” Amber said before lowering her head to Lisa’s breasts. Her lips made Lisa cry out in her lust and Amber lay over her working her lips higher until they met Lisa’s. Both women were caressing the other and Lisa slid a hand over the woman’s belly to above her warm opening of desire. Lisa could not get over how wonderful it felt to have her naked body against her friends. Her knee was not bothering her at all, she thought briefly and irrelevantly as her own wet place of need was tickled and touched.
“Oh my wonderful Amber…oh yes! I have wanted this for so long. Oh yes, like that, yes my gorgeous darling ah yes!” Lisa told her friend in a breathless voice before ducking her head to the ladies entrancing orbs.
“I never knew Lisa, ah…ah…yes…never knew how…how good this feels. Oh baby…you have always…been sexy…to…me!” She panted her response as Lisa’s lips found her nipples. Amber was on top of her with a knee between her thighs and the weight was the final turn on Lisa needed. Her need was causing her whole body to tremble. Their fingers found the depths they both needed touched at the same time.
Amber was rocking back and forth, her knee pressed against the back of her hand, pressing her fingers to Lisa’s deepest places of yearning. The rocking motion caused Lisa’s own fingers to delve deeper as well and they both cried out their shared ecstasy of the moment. Lisa felt multiple explosions of pleasure as their bodies, for that time, became one in their desire. Afterward they lay side by side on the huge couch with a throw blanket over them. Lisa had never felt so satisfied. She would have been completely at peace if it wasn’t for the worrying thought. What about the ghosts?
*****
It was six days later and Lisa was having breakfast on the back porch with her friend. They quietly ate their eggs and bacon, sipping their juice. The pancakes for the second course were a nice touch, Lisa thought.
“Now what Lisa, we haven’t finished the game or the ghosts would let us go right?” Amber asked as she poured syrup over her stack of pancakes. Lisa nodded.
“That’s what I thought. But apparently we are missing something. We keep going through the same routine, every day the same thing,” Lisa responded.
After breakfast they would hang out until lunch and then after lunch Lisa got sleepy and she could not help taking a nap. Then they are compelled to have a big elaborate dinner that ended as the first night together had.
“I am not complaining about the time with you,” Amber said, wiping her mouth. “I just am wondering what is going on, and why they feel the need to force us to start the evening. It is not like we need forcing,” she finished with a wink.
“Me either Amber, I love our time together and my knee is slowly getting better. Soon the water will have receded completely and we should be on our way, game won,” Lisa said with a grin.
They both looked out on the backyard. The sun was shining and the water was over halfway gone. It was beginning to look like a beautiful place. There was a gazebo that had been obscured by the water and debris. The debris had floated away and it suddenly occurred to Lisa that this backyard might be the place of their dreams. The place they dance together.
“Hm, that’s possible,” Amber said when Lisa mentioned it. “Still I don’t see what the problem is. We are together and happy about it,” Amber said. Lisa nodded.
She mostly agreed, but Amber was a straight forward sort of person. Lisa was thinking whatever they were missing was important, to the ghost anyway. What was it though? She wondered. She was remembering all of her contact with the ghost now. Amber had figured it out so they had talked about it.
“We have to be missing something girlfriend. Let’s go over it again, what do you say?” She asked. Amber blushed. She was still embarrassed by their new found closeness. Much closer than they had been as best friends.
“Ok, if you think it will help. The first day I thought I was going to freak out. Not because we were trapped so much, but because you were injured. I never realized before how much I like seeing you smile and you weren’t smiling, you were hurt,” Amber looked away and Lisa blew her a kiss.
“I love seeing you smile, too, darling,” Lisa said. Amber smiled back at her and took another bite of her pancakes.
“Anyway,” Amber continued. “The more I concentrated on you the happier I got. It did not matter that we were stuck here, only you mattered. Having a fun night would make you really happy is what I was thinking. Then coming up the stairs I saw the ghosts and you in a coffin. It really freaked me out…I couldn’t remember that though, not right after it happened anyway. Like the dreams you had the first night, right?” She asked.
“Yeah, I kept having little flashed of it, but nothing concrete until we were partying. By then the ghost had us and after that…well, you know,” she said blushing. She remembered their desires of that night and every night since with amazement.
“Yeah I know. That was what sealed the deal for me. I could
feel
when I wasn’t being controlled anymore. I wanted you and it was all me. It explained so much about us and my past that I never knew. I am glad I know how much I need you. If that stupid ghost said the game was about love, we have admitted it. What more could it be? We have both shown it in everything we do,” she finished frustrated and stuffed the last of the pancake into her mouth. Lisa agreed.
She was about to say something else when they were interrupted. The sky became darker and a chill ran down her spine. A freezing cold settled into Lisa that made her knee hurt and Amber stiffened up as well.
“IDIOTS! One little thing is all you have to do and you won’t do it. You have until tonight! If you do not, I lose and that means you lose!” It was the voice of the ghost shouting at both of them.
Lisa felt herself stiffen and she saw a vision of Amber, lying in a coffin. She looked older and was hugely obese. She could feel a loneliness emanating from her. The pain the vision brought made her knee howl with agony as it did her heart. She heard Amber scream along with her and as Lisa trembled in fear, seeing only her dead lover, the ghost voice continued.
“You are confusing each other. Perhaps, like children, you need a time out. Go and think of what you need to do. I WILL NOT LOSE!” The power of that shout made Lisa rock backward and then she was standing and walking. Completely against her will. She was forced to put full weight on her knee and it added to her pain and fear.
The vision passed and she could see Amber walking to the kitchen with tears streaming down her face. It broke Lisa’s heart and she tried to fight the control over her, but it would not give. She was walked into a little side room and sat. Unable to speak or move for a long time. Tears streaming down her face with a coldness that would not leave her. For hours it seemed she could hear Amber screaming her name until it finally faded. Her leg was in constant pain and it was hard for her to think. When she could she still did not know what the ghost wanted from them.
********
When it came time for dinner, she was forced to dress. There were clothes on a table that had not been there before and her body dressed without her permission. She was dressed in a red spandex half top and mini-shorts. Sexy even on her short pudgy body, she thought.
You must get this right!”
Came the thought in her head. It had been her own. She refused to think Amber would die of loneliness because of her. Then her body began moving. As she began she realized she could favor her leg as she had not been able to before. The ghost was cutting her some slack it seemed. She was moving into the living room with less pain in her leg. Then she stopped in the center of the room and felt the ghosts control leave her. Lisa then saw Amber enter the other side of the room and had to admit she was gorgeous.
She had been dressed as revealing as Lisa only more so. A very skimpy blue bra and panties. She walked in, trembling with tears on her face. Lisa realized that her trembling as anger. Amber was pissed! She saw Lisa, the way she was standing and her knee that had swollen up again, and as soon as she was released Amber ran over and put her arm around her.
“Are you okay honey? How bad did they hurt you? They will not get away with this!” Amber told her and enfolded Lisa in her strong arms. Lisa sighed unable to respond. She felt immediately better. As she always did with Amber. They stood in silence and as the time stretched out the room began to shake. They both looked up startled and saw the lights swinging above them. A cold blast of air blew through the room and they heard laughter, a man’s laughter. Then the lights went out.
“I am going to win…Finally I will defeat the witch and you two will get to die old and alone as women deserve! I win!” The voice of Robert proclaimed. They could hear Lizzy, faintly in the background, beginning to cry. The cold win continued to grow and their hair was buffeted around. Lisa felt like her joy was being sucked out of her and she sagged against her best friend. Amber too seemed to weaken as they were buffeted by the triumphant ghost wind. Lisa held on to Amber as tight as she could, but could feel herself weaken. Then she felt something from Amber. The woman seemed to straighten, somehow against the horror of their loss she found strength.
“I don’t care old man!” Amber shouted. “You win nothing! I don’t care what you do to me or that old bitch who put us through this! You cannot take away the fact that I love this woman!” Lisa found sudden strength and joy in her partner’s words and stood a little straighter herself. The wind seemed to be less cold and she realized what it meant and why.
“That’s right. You lose, you bitter old man, because I love her too. Is that what you wanted?” She shouted. The roaring wind exploded around them for several seconds and then stopped. The lights came back on and everything seemed the way it should be.
“You’re kidding, that was it?” Amber asked in shock. Lisa couldn’t help it. She started laughing.
*****
Amber sat in a chair on the porch watching her girlfriend limp down the path from the road. Lisa’s leg did not hurt her anymore, but because of the damage, the woman would probably always limp. She admired her lover with pride. The cute little lady had been exercising with Amber and was still wearing her spandex and looked ravishing with her hair mussed and sweaty in the noon sun. Amber was the one who needed the workouts, she knew.
Amber patted her middle. The white tank top was stretched tight over her new pot belly. She had finally figured out that some desires needed moderation. Like her love of chocolate, or pies, or cakes, or anything edible really. Amber giggled softly, she would learn and with her friends help the sky was the limit, she thought. All it had taken was to say the words “I love.”
It was over a month since they had won the ghosts’ love game by saying out loud that they loved each other. That had been the one thing they had not done, without knowing it at the time. The ghost Lizzy had been very pleased with them and to their surprise, they won more than their love and their lives. If she was not mistaken the envelopes in Lisa’s hands was their reward.
Lizzy had explained the game that wasn’t really a game. She had murdered her husband, Robert, many years before in self-defense. He was a brute and abuser and she finally had enough. His curses locked them there, in the house. Fortunately for Lizzy she had found an out. Two people had to speak their love for the two ghosts to be released from their hate.
The old place looked great and the county had fixed the road, at least enough for the postman to get by on it again. Old Robert was gone for good. Lizzy had faded to a regular ghost, without the means to harass them. At least so she said. Lisa waved a big yellow envelope over her head as she got close and Amber grinned. She stood as her friend came up the steps. Amber could feel the tightness of her shorts around her waist and thighs, using it as a reminder she had more work to do, despite the good news.
“She was not lying sweetheart. Look!” Lisa told her and pulled the legal documents out of the envelope.
Ambers grin became a huge smile as she read over the top sheet, then hugged Lisa. Lizzy had not lied; their future was set. Amber could envision her life with Lisa now without worry or stress. Years together paraded through her imagination, and she was sure that however good she imagined it, Lisa would make it even better. She knew her girl. Lisa could not help crowing about it.
“We are the proud owners of a mansion with the necessary bank account to keep it running. Can you believe this Amber? We are landowners and can stay here together for as long as we want. Forever if we want!” Lisa said with so much joy in her voice it would have been amazing to hear, except Amber felt the same. She could see it right there on the deed to the property as well as the bank ledgers with their name on it.
“When you win a ghostly game, the payout is big. I wasn’t worried,” Amber told Lisa with a grin. Lisa smacked her ass.
“Right Amber, you knew all along huh?” Lisa said laughing. Amber hugged her, not wanting to let go.
“Maybe not all along, but I will tell you what I do know for sure. We have a night of dancing on the back lawn in store for us sweetie, up for it?” The look on Lisa’s face was the greatest gift she could ever ask for.
